I enjoyed the simple, but delicious, breakfast. It was the perfect start to my day before heading out into those amazing mountains. I had a great view. I was surprised my room didn't come with a bathroom, but had no issues accessing whenever I needed it.

The Hotel staff were excellent! They accommodated a late arrival check in and were very helpful in planning for this ahead. We arrived late and the kicten staff were able to accommodate a late dinner for us. Finally staff was very helpful with assisting an injury one of our party had gotten while skiing.

Hotel with a very nice view, super friendly staff. Helped us a lot for recommendations and they went to pick us up from the terminal. The rooms were super clean and quiet which allowed us to rest. The breakfast was perfect, delicious and fresh.

    Amazing View. Our room balcony had a amazing view of the mountains, we loved it. The room was clean and beds were comfy. Short walk from Murren Train station. Great location. Lot of nearby restaurants. Nice breakfast and helping staff. This hotel, we actually lovely the stay and one of the highlight of our whole Europe trip.

    Loved this hotel! Felt super welcome from the moment we arrived, Jeannette and the rest of the staff are all absolutely lovely! Hotel is in a perfect location with amazing views but just enough away from the centre to give you a bit more privacy. Rooms were very clean and modern, even though we stayed in the “budget room”. Absolutely recommend this place 😊

    I upgraded my stay to a room in the new extension and the layout, comfort and the amenities of the room were excellent. The views from the room of the surrounding mountains was exceptional with the Eiger and Mönch in front and the Lauterbrunnen valley below and on the right. Service was also great and the owners are on site to provide a great experience. The dining terrace, breakfast area and lounge also provide expansive views for those not fortunate enough to stay in the premium rooms.

    The staff here were very lovely, they remembered it was our honeymoon and even decorated room with some fake flowers. The room came with free pass to gym and indoor swimming pool and could upgrade to use hot tub/spa there for extra 6 francs- sitting in outdoor spa watching the mountains was one of our favourite things we did! Restaurant has beautiful view of mountains and the aperol spritz cheesecake was amazing! Grocery store 5min walk away Overall a lovely stay
