AustraliaStaff was very friendly and professional - our bags were taken to the room for us and we were warned about a refurbishment that was happening few floors above, which we did not even hear.
They are just at the train station so it's a great location and very close to good food spots and the castle.
Room was very spacious and modern.
Provided tea was of really good quality.
Bed was very comfortable and the view from the window was amazing.

It was easy walking distance to the activities we wanted to do and also located near some good restaurants. We were given an upgraded room, which was VERY nice. The room was very spacious, with nice comfortable large beds. There was a separate lounge area with a TV. The bathroom and basin area were separate. Our breakfast was good.
