Located in the centre and with the best bed I have ever slept in. The stuff, specially Cruz, was adorable and very helpful

Me and my girlfriend loved this place. It was better for me than the pictures. The rooms were simple but well designed and timeless. The lobby was warm and greeting. Access to the pool was right out our bedroom door. The pool was clean and well lit while it was open till 10 and food and drink service at the poolside restaurant/bar was delicious. We had 2 Yucatan style authentic tacos and they were delicious. All of the staff were very kind and friendly and made us feel extremely welcome and taken care of.

The staff is helpful and very kind. They were amazing and made our stay so enjoyable. The prices and location are perfect. Please keep this hotel as it is.

Wow what a place! Amazing fairytale like old hotel. The room I was given was huge, felt like a king. Can’t talk about this and your usual modern pokey little 3 x 3 meter claustrofóbic rooms in the same sentence. The ceiling was at least 5 meters high, lots of room to breathe and relax. The swimming pool was amazing, really long and went around the corner as well, you could swim laps in it. The lobby was huge as well and the atmosphere was very relaxing. This is an old hotel, so the style goes with it, it has some old fashioned features, but if you prefer your 3 x 3 meter cubbyhole just to get modern feel, go for it. You are missing out on a sensory and visual experience that this place gives.

This hotel was in the prime location, staff incredibly nice, room very clean, price super, in a Prime location. Would recommend this hotel again 😄😄😄

Perfect location, excellent service!

The property yard was lush and jungle-like with nice pool to cool off on hot days. The rooms were nice & clean and the aircon was very effective. We enjoyed our stay at Maison del Embajador in the historic center of Mérida a lot, it was a perfect location. Last but not least, we want to say our special thanks to the wonderful staff members Francisco & Emiliano who took so good care of my daughters & me during our visit. It was a pleasure to get to know you, thank you for everything!

Perfect location (10minutes to all major sightseeing spots and food in town). Very helpful and responsive staff. Beautiful balcony and garden. Spacious and clean room (go for garden-view rooms if you want it quieter). Breakfast was amazing.

This is a beautiful little hotel just one and a half blocks from the central square of Merida. Brilliant location and really good value. The rooms are very comfortable and it is an oasis of peace. Lovely pool too. The staff were so helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble for them. We definitely want to return soon.

Close to the Maya museum which was good to me. Walking to Chedraui mall too. Excellent room conditions and facilities.

The location is great, the rooms spacious , clean and well decorated, and all very calm (no noise at all) - the hotel is like a little paradise oasis in the buzzing city centre of Mérida. The staff is very kind, they found two t-shirts we had forgotten and put them aside for us.

Hotel Hacienda exceeded our expectations. The decor is amazing. A trip back in tme, but with modern stylish rooms. Absoluely gorgeous. Location in the center of town is good but once in the hotel it is very quiet. Parking is available around the corner, no problem at all. Gardens are perfectly maintained & 3 pools. Staff were very good. I would definately recommend it. Breakfast was good. WiFi was good.

Hotel Marionetas was perfectly located near various squares and restaurants. The main Historic Centre was only about 4 blocks away. The main bus station about a 20 minute walk. The hotel staff were all wonderful and very helpful. The room was comfortable - our room overlooked the courtyard and pool. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely lovely hotel, great staff, very clean and everything finished to a high standard. Hammocks in the rooms were a nice touch. Food was excellent. The only hotel where we ate in all the time. Parking reserved outside hotel
