We also found the majority of the staff to be friendly and helpful. The hotel had decorated our room on arrival (we were on honeymoon). This was a lovely touch. We also booked the couples massage which was really good. This was part of our honeymoon trip and they ensured we felt special. The pool is lovely and we enjoyed being able to relax. The room was huge with everything we needed.
