Rooms in Lucerne

The reception is smiling, helpful, nice, and friendly. The facility is clean, new and located in city center. The bed in the capsule is comfortable and provides maximum privacy. 10/10

Location, surroundings, cleanliness, staff and above all the breakfast.

Balcony view to the Chapel Bridge and close walk to the train station…

- Location: 10/10. Could not be better. Literally a 2-min walk from Lucerne main station. The station has all the shops you need & also there is a Migros just opposite the hotel. Old town is also within a 10-min walk across the bridge. - Room: Very good sized room with a small balcony. The bathroom was also quite big & spacious. The TV was a smart TV which was fantastic too. The staff were lovely as well. We did not take the breakfast, so not sure about how it is but their restaurant looked really posh.

This was truly a wonderful find. Nowhere else in the city, would there have been an establishment so warm, welcoming, and comfortable. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful and the total environment a real pleasure. The restaurant served a dinner that was truly delicious and like the hotel itself, quite reasonable.

Location setup politeness and accessibility of staff

Very luxurious and clean. The location is very central!

Room was exceptionally clean and nice. Views from the balcony was absolutely awesome. The jacuzzi was the best thing after a long day outside.

Comfortable room and beds, clean with good location

I liked my room (hotel staff kindly has made an upgrade).Beds and pillows are very comfy. Good location - close to the railway station and the old city. The hotel is very modern and stylish. Rooftop bar offers a great view.

The breakfast had something for everyone's tastes and was quite copious. The room had a/c (thankfully) and the bed was comfy: not too firm or soft. It was clearly a newer bed. The room was intended for one person traveling solo and for that reason, it was perfectly designed. I had space to put the large pet stroller (think the size of a toddler stroller) and although the bathroom was tiny (who cares?) I was able to put the cat litter box in front of the toilet. My large suitcase fit perfectly on the suitcase stand and I saw there was a wardrobe for clothes and a safe, etc but I didn't use it. The staff were super friendly and helpful. One of the staff (he may have been an owner or manager) even made a call to the Mt Pilatus cable car to ask questions for me (and yes, it sounds silly, but I was curious as to whether I could take my cat with me, as we would have been checked out before we could do the climb and I was not leaving her in the car). He asked with as straight a face as possible and since I understand German, I could hear that he was not making snide remarks to the person on the receiving end. Speaking of the car and parking, there's ample street parking one street over. You pay the hotel and they set it up for you. You can unload/load the car in front of the hotel itself. The hotel has a small elevator, which worked great. Checkout is a generous noon. I got confused and rushed around seeing Luzerne, assuming I had to be out by 10 or 11 because I forgot to verify. It worked out well because the location is fantastic. In a three-hour period, I took all the photos of Luzerne, then visited some shops for a couple of hours, all within 5-10 min walking distance of the hotel. This was just a quick overnight, a way to break up the driving before the bigger portion of the trip in and around Interlaken. VERY pleased with the experience and will gladly stay here again!

It’s in a very convenient location. Good value. The staff is friendly. The room is not very big but not too small for 3 people with 2 big luggages.

Very good location in the center of downtown and easy to find. Staff were quite helpful and warm welcome

1. Breakfast was perfect. 2. The staff were kind and helpful. 3. The location was excellent. 4. The room was good, except for the smell of smoke — it seemed like someone had smoked before us. 5. Due to road renovations nearby, parking wasn’t available at the property. We had to find another parking spot, which cost us 30 CHF.

The front desk staff provided excellent service. They were attentive, professional, and always willing to answer my questions. When I asked about the lounge, the receptionist personally showed me the way. The hospitality was outstanding, and I truly appreciated the warm and friendly service.

The location was good, Generous sizes apartment.

This is just the best place to stay in Luzern. Not fancy, but perfectly comfortable. Amazing and helpful staff. In the best spot to visit all touristic places. Super close to a parking lot

Quite, the view, almost everything

Perfect stay , amazing view good location

Great location, amazing view! Close to the old town, and even though you need some stairs to get up from the bus station, they're pretty easy. The staff was outstanding, helped us with all our needs. Would definitely stay there again! Muchas gracias!

Self checkin was easy. We had a problem so went to next hotels reception and easily solved. Room was comfortable clean and had nice balcony. AC worked very well, location was perfect. One day before our arrival they sent us lucern visitor card for free transportation

Way nicer than a regular Marriott or something like that, it had a really good view of the city.

Breakfast and location was great. Location was central and near all the sights.

Awesome location. Just on the banks of Lake Luzern. The quiet neighbourhoods. And the friendly staffs were awesome. The room with a spectacular view of the Luzern lake and Mt. Pilatus.
