Our stay was wonderful from the time of arrival to departure the resort and staff were outstanding. We will definitely return. To ALL the staff at EL Greco keep up the great work.

5 star facility with 5 star service

The views and the staff were simply amazing especially Miss Mayra on the front desk who was always ready to help with anything. As we went during off season, there was not much happening around Santorini and none of the good restaurants and activities were open. However the staff of Porto Fira was exceptional and made sure that we were able to spend quality time. We were also upgraded to a better suite as the one we originally booked had a foul smell coming from somewhere. All in all, it was one of the best stays we have had in a ling time.

We love everything about Fanari. From the staff, (Michalis,Latis ,his brothers & family,the lady cleaner too) service, accomodation, breakfast and their generosity.

The apartment was very easy to find, and we received all the information we needed immediately. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. The apartment itself was great ,very clean and equipped with everything you might need. The location is also excellent. We really enjoyed our stay!

What I loved most about the property was how close it was to the main town center—everything was within walking distance. The owner, George, was absolutely amazing. He helped us book boat tours, recommended great restaurants, and made sure all our airport transfers were arranged smoothly. We were traveling as two 20-year-old girls, and he went above and beyond to make sure we felt safe and well taken care of the entire time.

I had a fantastic stay! The location is absolutely ideal—close to everything yet still peaceful. What truly made the experience stand out was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent time in Fira centerline, the location was amazing really close to the bus station and also very close to the caldera and all the restaurants. The room was very big and spacious. The host very friendly and quick to respond to our questions.

What a delight! The most valuable asset of Callia Retreat is most definitely its staff. Everyone were the most welcoming and service-oriented I have ever met. The people at the counter took the time to explain about the city, the island, the transportation options and recommended touristic attractions for us. They helped us with renting a car and reserving tables at restaurants, we felt so wonderfully spoiled. The location of the place was absolutely perfect for us - definitely not in the middle of the city's hustle bustle but only a short walking distance from the city center. We were able to go to the city, come back to Callia for a short rest, and then go out later again, all by foot. The place itself is so comfy, inviting and resort-like. It looks just like in the pictures, with terrific view, so quiet and calming. I could not recommend this place more. We will most definitely return! Oh and the breakfast is great!

Everything is in accordance with the value. Clean, great location, great hospitality. In the end, we just want to feel safe and welcomed. Nikolas is a true hotelier and does a great job with kindness and passion.

The location is at such a nice spot, close to the town (like a 2 minute walk close). The staff are SO friendly and welcoming. The room was much better than I expected, spacious, with a large balcony. I also like the swimming pool.

It was way better than what I was expecting. When I was booking I didn’t realize that the place was gonna have a pool so I didn’t pack my swimsuit which was sad🙁

What I like better of the property was the housekeeper Elvida! She went the extra mile to help us out with any issues we had and was so helpful and lovely overall, I wish all hotels had such great workers as her!

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many small ways. Friendly service, a convenient location and comfortable surroundings made for a genuinely enjoyable experience.

The location was two blocks away from the city center. Had many shops near. Also the people working there were really kind.

Galatia villas was beautiful and quiet in November. Our room was spacious and clean, housekeeping was lovely and came by every day. The resident orange cat is very sweet and always came to lay in the sun with me by the pool. The reception staff was helpful and available when needed.

The location is very Good, so you can get to Fira’s downtown by 5 minutes walking, view is completely amazing and sunsets are great. The breakfast is very complete and delicious. The room is amazing and Sofia the manager is always helping you with everything you need.

Spectacular view, very kind and welcoming staff and very clean. Also, very good location near the center.
