Rooms in Pisa

The staff is very helpful and kind, It is close to the airport and the train station is a very good place for the price

Was clean, and perfect!!! Everything.

Dinner & Breakfast was delicious...Best Lasagne in my life...

Everything was okay! Nice place, comfortable, clean, good location! All good :)

Everything , the rooms , the food, the people in charge

I really loved my visit here because everyone was so kind and friendly - such a good welcome to Italy. The restaurant connected to the hotel has exceptionally good food and is good value too - genius, dedicated chef - all good people

Walkable to/from train/airport. Front desk very helpful with information and holding our luggage after checkout.

Location was perfect considering you would travel to this place in train and for an international traveler like me with big suitcases. The facilities seemed new and well maintained.

Location, parking, breakfast, staff, room.

To our surprise, the bed in our room was literally the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The room and the overall hotel premises were also exceptionally clean. Staff was really attentive and the front desk was very polite, and also gave us a very nice traditional Tuscan restaurant recommendation. Location is right next to the main attractions in Pisa. Plenty of shops and restaurants around for convenience.

The restaurant on the rooftop has an amazing view. The staff at the reception is friendly and attentive. The check-in/out process was smooth. I asked help to get a taxi and the receptionist contacted the taxi company, in 5 minutes the taxi was there! Great service!

Very close to the Pisa a tower. Literally a 1 minute walk.

The host was extremely communicative, kind, and understanding. He welcomed us warmly and helped us resolve our issue quickly and very easily. His hospitality and support made our stay much more comfortable, and we truly appreciated the way he went out of his way to assist us. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect and quality breakfast, quiet and comfort rooms, helpfull staff, everything perfect.

Location is brilliant. Being able to drive and park in the ZTL (limited traffic zone reserved to residents) is a major plus so once parked you can enjoy the city on foot. The staff is especially welcoming and very helpful which is a rare find in my opinion. I gave a 10/10 on every metric almost entirely because of this. Breakfast is also good and served in a very nice area. The whole hotel looks like a museum! The rooms are roomy, full of history vibes and the room with a view on the Arno river is super nice!

This hotel never fails to deliver The staff are very professional. This Hotel is spotless and you can hear a pin drop at night. The breakfast is fresh and plentiful.

I enjoyed mostly the breakfast and very kind staff. The location is perfect especially if you are traveling by car, the hotel offers plenty of parking lots. I strongly recommend this property if you are looking for a place with nice team and silent area👍

Build of hotel, style, location, breakfast, staff and facilities! We could match our expectations of this incredible hotel! Even an old build, we found modern stuffs what make us feel more comfortable.

Comfortable room, spacious bathroom, good breakfast selection, kind staff

Amazing green oasis in the walking distance from all the main venues, very friendly team, plenty of small, beautiful details which make it really very special place

Hotel Pisa is a cute hotel and was comfy. Perfect location too. Johnny was really great. He made sure we were relaxed. Oh the towels in the room were amazing. Seems like a small thing, but if you’ve been traveling and seen the amount of worn out towels that should be trashed!

Good for the price we paid and good for short stay. Close to everything.

We loved the whole concept of this place. It truly felt like a home away from home. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the staff throughout the entire campsite were outstanding. We would especially like to mention the lady with the short hair who served us in the restaurant for two days. She was exceptional—fast, polite, professional, and always with a smile. She made our experience even more enjoyable. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to others. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
