Breakfast and dinner - delicious! Perfect location, close to the center. Comfotable and clean room

We stayed in a Mystique room, and we really liked the bath tub and the coffee machine. The breakfast was delicious!

We stayed here before and after a long distance cycling event. The hotel was a partner of the organizers and seems to be very bicycle friendly in general. As such we were allowed to take our bikes up to our rooms . The rooms are very spacious and there are 3 elevators which are all big enough to fit maybe 2-3 bicycles at a time. The breakfast was top quality and the sauna was also nice on the 14th floor with a pretty good view. The quality is excellent for the price. Will definitely go there again if I will come back to the area.

The staff and the facilities were amazing. Very friendly personnel that work there with one of the staff giving us a ride into town on the first night.

It used to be a medical center and the room is unexpectedly spacious, comfortable. The staffs are very friendly. It has an indoor parking garage. Breakfast is good. You can make your own waffle, coffee for whole day. Nice and relax. Walking distance to the nice surroundings. Definitely stay again if we visit this place again.

It exceed my expectations,, I didn't realise my stay include free use of a sauna and a gym of which I was next door to. Very friendly staff, great breakfast. Extremely clean and cheap, only 45 euros a night. It was great value. I would definately stay again. I love how warm and almost family like the staff treated me.

Supertrevlig personal, det va rent och snyggt. En riktigt skön säng. Väldigt god frukost,men sakande något mörkt mjukt bröd. Så fin utsikt från restaurangen på taket och riktigt goda drinkar.

The location is great and the breakfast was delicious, with a lot of options to choose from. I requested a room near the elevator and I got one without any problems or additional costs. The staff is very kind and ready to help.

The staff is very helpful and even in a busy time like Christmas, they were still very cheerful and helpful. I also liked the location of the hotel, it was so easy to go the riverside, to the museums and the library as well. Being in a cold city, walkability is important i guess :) And the hotel is an old high school which was very well renovated

Hotel is fine, you have also the kitchen for cooking by yourself. Breakfast is realky great.

This is such a well kept place. Very thoughtful renovation. Beds are comfortable, rooms are small but functional, and everything is kept very clean - more so than some other hotels I've stayed at! The staff is wonderful and kind and shared some history of the area. Also enjoyed the smallest museum! Breakfast was good. Location was a short walk from the center, and still close to really great restaurants. Very close to the art museum. WiFi worked well!

Lovely place and Excellent staff, So friendly and hardworking we tried, Breakfast and Dinner. Both were amazing, chef fredrik and his lasania was awesome with spicy and ingredient. If we pass by again, we will stay at same place. Lot of activites outside area as well.

We loved how kid friendly it was! There's a pool and a large kids room to play in. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Excellent location, we enjoyed the snow! The cottage was warm, clean and well equipped - plus never-ending hot water. Very close to the beatiful city of Umeå.

A good place by the park. Everything I need can be found in the house. There’s a ICA store ten minute’s walk away. It’s actually not a bad idea to book a room without a window in summer here in Sweden. I had some good sleep there.
