Free WiFi is available throughout the entire property. The hotel is a minutes' walk away from the shores of Kawaguchiko and Kawaguchiko Herbkan. The owner/manager is very very friendly. He picked us up at the station and brought us back the last day. He also insisted to carry our luggage. We took the Japanese Style Room with Mt. Fuji view, and we had a greta time experiencing the traditional Japanese way of living. The facilities have their own Onsen which was a highlight, especially because of the cold weather. The location is good and a Bus Station is few meters away.

The hotel is amazing. We had a hot bath which was perfect after a day of walking. The staff were very professional and friendly. The traditional breakfast and dinner (which was included in our booking) were an amazing experience. They bring you a lot of food and we ended up so full 😄 they have public and private onsen. We tried the private onsen and we recommend people to try it :) the view of Mt. Fuji and the lake on the roof is amazing. The room came with the tatami floor and the room was huge. 100% recommend
Wonderful location with stunning views of Mount Fuji. Lovely onsen, with hot spring looking onto Mt Fiji. Rooms are spacious, we loved the Japanese Riokan style. Very good evening meal, french style cuisine and good breakfast too. This hotel is a little pricier than our normal choice but it was well worth it for the spa, food and views. Helpful welcoming staff would definitely stay there again.
Loved the private onsen attached to our unit. There were sufficient instructions in English stuck on the walls to function the onsen and the heater in the room. It was nice to experience sleeping on the futon. Also loved the yukatas provided in the room. Breakfast was sufficient, with items being refilled constantly.
It is a very special place located near Lake Yamanakako with excellent views of Mt Fuji. The rooms are traditional ryokan with tatami mats and you have your own amenities to make tea or heat up something in the microwave. You are also about a 10 min walk from bus station and downtown - which has excellent places to eat and drink. Also the onsen was great and in the lounge area you could build a fire!
Lovely ryokan with fuji views! The onsen and breakfast were highlights, as well as the experience of staying in a traditional room with tatami mats and the futon bed. The location is a bit out of the main town but its only a short walk. Easy to get to via public transport from Tokyo too. The staff were very responsive and helpful.
The host is lovely as her ryokan. The room is very spacious, with a beautiful view on Fuji San, futons are very good. Onsens are nice. The breakfast’s delicious.
The view is gorgeous! The onsen is very relaxing. I stayed in a Japanese style room, and it was very fun. They provide toiletries as well as yukatas for you to wear at night. Sleeping on a futon can be uncomfortable if you're not used to it, but I had no issues.
The staff could speak a little English and explained everything to me. I really enjoyed the room and onsen, it’s very spacious and has a traditional style, you sleep on a futon and they give you a yukata at arrival. The room doesn’t have a bathroom, just a toilet, so you shower in the onsen downstairs. Good location, within walking distance from some shops and the lake.
The most important selling points - that is, Japanese-style room, breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji and the hot springs - were all in place as described, and that would already be enough for me. Add splendid breakfast - with a wide variety of dishes both Japanese and Western - very helpful staff (I was able to get my thoughts and questions across with most basic Japanese, but staff's knowledge of English was also above average), incredibly comfortable futons and yukatas, and you get a very pleasurable experience.
Location right by the Yagizaki Parc, on the shore of Lake Kawaguchi, but most important with an absolutely stunning view on the Mount Fuji. Hotel is designed like a Ryokan: rooms with Tatami mats, comfortable futons as beds, shared bathrooms with small Onsen, optional breakfast (changes by day between Japanese and western style).
