The whole facility is exceptional. It's modern, clean, and a relaxing environment. The kitchen has lots of great food options including a very affordable three course dinner.
I was accommodated with gluten free pasta for the dinner, and gluten free buns for breakfast, both of which I hugely appreciated!
The pool was a really nice perk, it was great to have a chance to practice my swimming while traveling.

Laax was not a nice place to stay.
Laax was not a nice place to stay. It seems to be a place were they want to put in as many visitors as possible. Ugly building too close to each other. Lack of parking places - those that were there, were very expensive 15 SFR per day and difficult to pay for: only coins, who has swiss coin in that amount upon arrival. Laax seems to want a lot of tourists, but they don't know what to do with them - especially when you can't ski. I did not feel very welcomeKarenDenmark

If you'd like additional comfort you can rent a locker at the bottom station. The apartment is spacious, light, well-organised (lot's of storage space) and was very clean. The Mountain View is absolutely amazing even though the apartment is on the 1st floor and so has relatively little direct sunshine. Inside the building there is a ski room and a laundry room - free to use with the laundry card.IzabelaSwitzerland

Coop Pronto is on walking distance. Amazing pools were great surprise. Location is great - walking distance to Laax lake, great gateway for trips by car, cableway and the brand new longest treetop track just minutes walk. Parking place was a bit challenging for a big car .... and me, my husband did very well. Definitely like to comeback one day.petraSwitzerland

We didn't meet the owners in person, but on chat they were really nice and helpfull when asking a few questions!!! The balcony is very nice too. All in all good place to stay. Still wondering what is the story behind the building :-). It looks like an old hotel, that has been abandoned for a while and now has multiple owners. Apartment was clean and had everything you will ever need. Cute little balcony for nice weather days. The host was very friendly and helpful. He was always available to answer questions when I needed help using the appliances. Would definitely come back and stay with them again.
