This hotel was great for an overnight stay to get away from home and relax with friends. After reading other reviews we wasn't looking forward to it but just goes to show that there is no review like your own review. The spa is a little dated but nothing major. Apart from that one negative which isn't really a problem we had a great weekend. I would just like to add also that the staff working during our stay where friendly and always more than happy to help with any questions. Good hotel with good facilities, including swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room, excellent choice of breakfast. The room I stayed in was very warm, the windows did not open, there was no air conditioning, the ventilation fan was totally inadequate.

The breakfast is splendid, a good selection, served well and quickly, with plenty of tea and juice. We also ate in the restaurant twice during our stay and this did not disappoint, the hotel clearly has a good chef. We booked spa treatments, used the pool and the fantastic terrace lounge with comfortable outside furniture, a lovely secluded spot ideal for sun bathing. The waiter service in the lounge is very efficient and a very nice terrace to sit on a warm evening.AlanUnited Kingdom

The following morning, I remembered we had come over the Dartford bridge and I had no way to paying I went to reception, and they done it for me on their compute I paid by card.

The best thing about the hotel was the lovely staff, everyone there was 10/10 so kind and helpful, so friendly… the friendliest hotel I have ever stayed in! Loved the pool, and the gym, even though a little rusty was good.
