The hotel is beautiful, so clean. Rooms are so spacious and a fantastic variety of tea, coffee, and milks. The lady on at the desk the night we checked was so friendly and chatty, she recommended fantastic places to eat. The pool area was so clean and well maintained it even had a play area for kids with giant chessboard. The outdoor area at night was lit up beautifully with fairy lights. Perfect hotel for a family to stay in. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Location was great with many places close by. Private beach (not sandy but still a beach) with pool and other facilities were spot on. Offered use of kayaks, paddle boards and bikes but never had the time. Staff are pleasant and offered free ice cream on arrival. The breakfast options were varied and more than enough to kick start the day. Rooms were large and well air conditioned.

We liked the "laid-back" casual Keys atmosphere with many quaint
restaurants and boutiques.
We did not like where we stayed, perhaps after they complete the total renovation, the complex will look better.

Stayed at the Creekside Inn the entire staff were amazing and we caught fish from our Patio and used the grills at the hotel to eat. I want to thank the staff at the hotel personally. We knew Miami would not be the place for us as a family and wanted to go somewhere more tranquil. So we ended up in between Miami and Key West.
What a find that was to book us in Islamorada, particularly the resorts we found.
We are back with lots of happy memories. Will recomend highly to visit and stay instead of busy and too commercial Miami.

To beat traffic, drive early or later in the evenings. Holidays expect heavy traffic. We love Bud and Mary's Marina and always catch a lot of fish on the Miss Islamorada. Pack light clothing for Late Spring and Summer months, humidity is 100%. Lazy Days restaurant is very good.

The receptionist was simply lovely and understanding when we needed to vent
We were tired and fed up because of a situation with the hotel we booked originally in islamorada and had paid for but who hadn’t advertised a resort fee on booking.com and though we’d paid they wouldn’t let us stay unless they charged our credit cards and would discuss after we’d left the resort and this is despite 3 phone calls to booking.com saying their terms didn’t indicate this!
We were looking on a hotel inthe middle of the Keys and it was perfect. The swimming pool is cool for children who really appreciate. We really appreciate and thanks the team and the manager who arranged us for the room.
Very nice hotel located right on the beach. Room nicely remodeled. Very well equipped. Olga at the reception desk had great suggestions for meals and places to see. Beautiful sunsets from the beach area
