I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel with my daughter to celebrate her birthday at Warner Bros. Studio, and I couldn't be more pleased with our experience. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, making our stay truly memorable. I would like to especially highlight Kara (Karolina), who went above and beyond when my car broke down and I had to extend our stay unexpectedly. Kara took great care of us, and her exceptional service turned what could have been a stressful situation into a pleasant and comforting experience. Her professionalism and kindness truly compensated for the inconvenience of my car trouble. I would also like to thank Daniel, Rifat, Jo, Samantha, Archie, Jasmine, Josh, and the entire team for their consistent friendliness and support throughout our stay. Their positive attitudes and willingness to help made our time at the hotel very enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. The entire staff is dedicated to ensuring that guests have a pleasant stay. The breakfasts were delicious, the rooms were spotless, and the pool had wonderfully warm water, which was a huge plus for us. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so delightful. Easy to find and had some parking around the back of the property. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, clean and modern. Convenient location for Luton Airport with very little noise from the airport or surrounding area. Best nearby restaurant for us was Zandra's, 18 minutes walk away.
