The room was spacious, the bed comfortable. I really liked the cleanliness of the kitchen.
The bus stop to get to (from) the airport or Hatton Cross station is really close. And there is Sainsbury's there as well.
The checking-in with all the codes sent beforehand was impeccable.

We only stayed 1 night on route to Heathrow and had several issues! When i originally booked i made sure to book ground floor apartment with garden as we had elderly relative with us. We were put in top floor so she really struggled with stairs! The key wouldn't work in door and took us ages to get in.
The apartment is far too hot and stuffy, you couldn't breath in the bedroom as you cannot open windows, this was terrible for my sons breathing as he has asthma!!
The parking was an issue, we left to go get food then couldn't get parked when we arrived back!!! When we booked it said parking space provided, should be more clear that there isn't enough spaces for all apartments!!
Worst of all you have to pay £200 deposit which I have never known before but I done it and 3 days after we left we recieved an email to say there was a cracked tile and they were keeping deposit!!! When I have emailed them back they are not responding!! I will never book with them again and will be pursuing to get our £200 deposit returned!!!
I have stayed in several apartments through airbnb etc. Which have all been amazing!!
How many times have they scammed people like this !!!!!!

Each room had been beautifully decorated and had its own ensuite. They all looked over the garden and were all light and airy. Breakfast was available if required and it was only a short walk into local town for a meal. Being close to Heathrow was a big plus @nd the owner Paul provided transportation to the airport at a small cost.

for a 1 night stop over I'd recommend this location, but not for anything longer than that, and you have to have very tough skin to accommodate the heat of the shower - scorching! But otherwise, the bed was comfortable, and that's all we wanted. Would i say it was worth the £88 we spent, probably not, but it was the cheapest in the vicinity of the airport, so we took it.

The property is close to the airport, but there is nothing close to the airport (almost liked a deserted place). The room is damp and smells. I asked the owner later to provide shuttle service to the airport, but he never got back to me. Also, when we left at 5am, we closed the front door, but the owner claimed that the front door was unlocked and they had to send someone to secure the door without any proof. Now, they dare to request 100 pounds of damage, which is insane. There is no damage. I cannot pay without any proof. For travellers through terminal 4 Heathrow, that property is not the best. They removed £26 from my card instantly, in the nane of security deposit, as they sent checked In instruction. What is in the property worth debiting such amount? Now, 5 days after checked out they've not refunded my money! Absolutely appalling - room was filthy, no coffee/tea amenities, no towels, no hot water, shower didn't work, mattress and bed the worst I have ever seen or slept on - an old divan with the wood poking through, old mouldy quilt, pillows and blankets under the mattress to attempt to make more comfortable I guess - this didn't work - I still woke the following morning with chronic back ache and the worst night's sleep ever!!! Was advertised as a restaurant with full facilities - no restaurant and the bar closed at 2030 despite locals requesting further drinking time. This venue needs to be removed from Booking.com - false and untrue advertising and will give booking.com a bad name.
