A new and clean apartment, but the main draw is obviously the one-of-a-kind view! And having a swimming spot that was virtually private was also a huge bonus

We had a wonderful time at Perdika's nest two-bedroom house. The apartment was exceptionally clean, nicely decorated, with all the amenities needed for a holiday by the sea. It is a very cozy place, located close to the sea, but also close to a supermarket and a bakery. One has a nice view of the sea from one of the bedrooms and from the downstairs kitchen.
The port, with an exceptional choice of restaurants, is approx 7-10 min away by foot. Don't miss the chance to have a walk at sunset, in the area around the port (there is a nice park and an alley surrounding the church close to the port).
Our host indicated us a nice swimming spot, 2 min walk from the house, which was great indeed. But you also have a good choice of nice beaches close to Perdika village. We tried Marathonas Beach B (sandy beach), Sarpa (more of a rocky beach) and Klima (sandy beach). All of them are great but for us Marathonas Beach B was the main choice (no music and family friendly).
We stayed for one week at Perdika's nest and we much appreciated the fact that, after 3 days, the host arranged with the cleaning lady to refresh our house and change all the towels and bed sheets. We felt like home :)
Just a few metres from the rocky beach, Perdika Mare Guesthouse is located at the fish village of Perdika in Aegina. It offers a limited hours and days reception and daily cleaning.
Angelina Boutique Escape is a family-run hotel located in the picturesque Pérdhika. It offers relaxing massage treatments and a terrace with sun loungers and parasols.

The visit to Moni Island is a very nice way to spend an afternoon swimming in clear blue waters.
In case you want to visit Aegina island it is better to rent a car as the public transportation is not a good option - only 3 busses/ day from Perdika to Aegina, the last one is at 15:30.

Great place for a quiet retreat and fabulous fresh seafood.
Great place for a quiet retreat and fabulous fresh seafood. The local people are warm and very welcoming. All the restaurants had a similar menu.
I ate at Nonas restaurant twice as the food was delicious.
It’s easy to walk every where, and the bus makes four return trips to the port.

Perdika Mare is a perfect choice if you would like to relax and to enjoy a nice sunny weather and beautiful Greek landscapes.
The continental breakfast is served in the hotel's cafe, nice background music, sunbeds and quiet terrace, the rocky beach is just a couple of steps from there.
The hotel is located close to all the cafes, bars and traditional taverns.
The trip to the Mini island is highly recommended.
Don't miss marvellous, romatic sunsets. 😊
My best compliments to the hotel's owner and to the hotel's stuff - careful, friendly and helpful.
Thank you for making my holidays nice and relaxing.
Stay happy and healthy!
Best wishes

Beautiful, picturesque village!
Beautiful, picturesque village! Great walks under the pine trees that surround the village. A great variety of taverns and cafes that can cater for every taste. A small perk: the little island of Moni just 10 minutes away by boat. A little paradise to explore!

Perdika Mare is a great value hotel just a 5 minute walk to the harbour town of Perdika. The owner Aris is super friendly and helpful and the place is spotless. There's no beach here but there are steps that take you into the sea - it's a magical place to go for a swim. Be sure to book a sea view room - they're a bit more spacious and the views are incredible.
Perfect place for a family or a company of friends. The hosts are super-helpful, the apartment extremely clean and tidy. The host (Ms. Matina) takes care of the place, perfect and professional in all aspects. The place operates in accordance with strict COVIT regulations, masks are used everywhere and Ms. Matina disinfects everything. She made us feel ultra safe! The view is wonderful and only a few minutes walking distance from the beach and restaurants of the village (Perdika). Highly recommenced, we will definitely re-visit.
Excellent house, excellent and attentive host - we had detailed instructions where to leave the car, where are keys etc. before coming, received updates and info about nearby shops/port/weather etc. Very close to Perdika Port to go to Moni island, we used a car to get everywhere else on island. Fully equipped kitchen, appreciate that there were basic things available like salt, pepper, oil, some coffee, tea etc. Beautiful neighborhood with small streats, bakery, small shop nearby.
very warm welcome by Stella, she waited for us at the port! A house with an amazing view of the sea, it has everything you need, good beds, clean kitchen, good shower and some snacks and a bottle of wine were waiting for us ☺️. When we had some trouble with the booking of our ferry backwards, Stella was immediately ready to help us. Perdika is a very nice village with good restaurants, you can do everything by feet. You will never regret your visit to Perdika Sea Soul 😍
A new and well-maintained property run by very friendly team of professionals. The customer feels at the center of attention. The location and the quality of infrastructure is very high, it's quiet, lovely Perdika is very close, the private beach feels homely. Me and my wife are very fond of memories, especially of the team members we were dealing with, who made us feel so welcome.
The facilities are absolutely amazing. Attention to detail in every part: beach, pool, spa, restaurant, sport courts etc. The room was big, had a great view of the sunset, and was spotless clean. The beds were beyond comfortable. Very friendly, English speaking staff. Location was very good, waterfront to a breathtaking bay, and close enough the Aegina port and the village Perdika.
The property was gorgeous! The greenery, the trees. My sister and I were impressed by how the resort fit into its natural surroundings. The design was so tasteful. That the resort was set right at the water's edge also made us feel close to nature, and the views of the sea and the surrounding islands were magnificent. Staff were gracious and friendly. The spa was great too!
Very close to the town, restaurants, super market, cafe, and beaches. Very pleasant rooms and facilities, it was like having a little apartment with kitchen and all necessities.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
As travellers, the wifi was good although occasionally limited range. The service coverage was best in the hotel compared to the rest of the town.
The hotel was opened in 1976 and the owner is still taking care of day to day duties. The hospitality and the good will of the staff was among the best in the world. The building and the yard are absolutely stunning and completely untouched by the cold standards of today's corporate world.
The staff were wonderful! Very caring & welcoming! The sea view was pretty and it was a very close walk to all the restaurants in Perdika. It is a 20 minute drive to the main port in Aegina but the bus runs frequently and I quite liked being a little bit out of all the hustle and bustle!
The hotel was very nice and the staff as well. Our first day was so amazing and they treated us like stars. Then the hotel became very buissy and the staff wass under alot of pressure and you could see and feel it. It did affect the service for the rest of the stay.
We enjoyed our stay at Perdika suites, the rooms were nicely renovated and most importantly clean. A short walk to the port and all the restaurants no need to drive the hotel has private parking lot which is a big plus.
This is not a luxe resort it’s a simple seaside place where you can jump off the rocks or the concrete platform onto the sea. A few snacks and beers and lounge chairs with umbrellas —simple. Quiet. Kind staff.
Authentic hotel with a feeling of home.
The staff are wonderful willing to help with any request - ordering taxi, late check-out, great recommendations and always welcome you with a smile.
Convenient location near the restaurants and Perdika port. Easy access to the beach in front of the hotel and sunbeds available. Clean, comfortable room with a clothesline on the balcony.
SEA VIEW BUT AT THE SAME TIME YOU COULD SEE THE OPPOSITE'S BUILDING TERRACE. THE HOTEL WAS RUN BY A FRIENDLY COUPLE. GOOD LOCATION, 10 MIN AWAY FROM PERDIKA PORT AND RESTAURANTS.
