Location was good. Waffles were fine. Eggs did not have much taste. Sausage was good. Third day there were no plates left for food. (It was a Monday at 7:45.) Hot water was not hot enough for oatmeal or hot chocolate.
The bath towels were awesome. Staff brought missing hairdryer and reconnected phone. The safe did not work, but we did not report until check out as it wasn't a necessity. Pillows and bedding were comfortable. Blackout curtains were very effective.

Few of the front desk staff was great such as Christian and food staff. Room was service well. Didn't care for desk clerk on day one of ck in. Wasn't accommodating about our discount which we wasn't aware of.

I went to a very nice Indian/Asian restaurant for dinner and had an excellent curry. The wait staff were all Indian as were most of the clientele. The other tables with Indian customers received excellent service while I was largely ignored. I had to refill my own water glass in the restroom.

I booked a 2 nights because me and my husband want to go hiking in providence canyon state park in lumpkin Georgia and last minute when we arrived in lumpkin I realized I booked the wrong place, i booked the one on Cumming Georgia which is more than 3 hours from the canyon so there’s no way that we can go to that hotel so I called in blah blah blah I canceled it hoping there not gonna charged me! But nope they took $143 on my card! Thing is, I won’t NEVER EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL AGAIN!AAnonymous - 10Scored 10

Everything at your finger tips. Lots of places to eat and shop. Certainly a suburb of Atlanta bc lots of traffic and must sit at traffic lights for a long time. Overall, nice place for a short visit by a small town girl.
