The view was fantastic! We saw Dolphins from the room! We were a family of 5 and it was very comfortable. We arrived early and it was easy to get an Early check in. The phone conversation was easy and pleasant. The condo was spacious and clean. This is actually our second time at this facility, both have been excellent. We rented a pontoon boat right down stairs and spent a great time on the river.

Great staff, changed our room at check-in to make the walk to the room under 30 feet. This is a nice hotel with clean rooms and an on-site restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Cocoa Beach is nice with excellent restaurants nearby. Worst is the hideous bus schedule, every 30 minutes near the beach, every 60 minutes farther from beach, and wasn't ever on-time. People can't even use it to get to and from work. Hard to believe this is the place they launch rockets to space from as the bus system is Third World at best. Shameful.

Horrible, HORRIBLE facility!!
Horrible, HORRIBLE facility!! Dirty room; dresser top, sink, floor, etc. Had "residents" on the back side of the motel where we were. Told front desk about all and nothing. I wouldn't let a dead rat in a bag stay there. I can promise you that we will NOT be staying THERE again or any facility within the chain.
