Greensboro is a great small city with lots to do. The colleges are close to each other and the students seem to be all over. The whole city is family friendly with parks and nice activities for young kids and teenager's. The school system is excellent and they are up to date on all STEM education. Every time I visit there is a nice event going on. The weather is pleasant plus it is gorgeous in the spring and fall for flowers and tree enthusiast.

What we did like, a lot of restaurants, a lot of hotels.
What we did like, a lot of restaurants, a lot of hotels. We ate at hooters, and we did take out from the cook out. We got chicken on both occasions and it was delicious. What we didn't like was the traffic. For us it was insane. Although where we stayed it was easy getting to all the locations we wanted.

I went to college in Greensboro and loved it then.
I went to college in Greensboro and loved it then. It is a cultural center, has art and historical museums and is a higher educational center with large city advantages but small town feel.
Moving around is fairly easy and the city has variety in things to do and diversity in eating establishments.

MY STAY WAS INTERUPTED BY A POWER OUTAGE.
MY STAY WAS INTERUPTED BY A POWER OUTAGE. WHY ON EARTH DOES A MAIN HOTEL CHAIN DOESN'T HAVE BACKUP GENERATORS. I WAS IN TOWN TO BURY A LOVED ONE AND HOW TO SHOWER AND DRESS IN THE DARK. AND STAFF HAD NO IDEA WHEN POWER WOULD RETURN. WHEN I CHECKED OUT POWER WAS STILL OUT. TOTAL,LY RUINED THE TRIP UP UNTIL THAT POINT I HAD DECIDED TO STAY IN TOWN ONE MORE NIGHT AND HAD TO BOOK ELSEWHERE. TOTALLY RUINED MY TRIP A COMPLEMENTARY NIGHT WOULD BE THE CORRECT THING TO DO

I experienced a great controversy upon check in concerning how I confirmed and reserved my room. After much debate and negotiating I was granted the permission or should I say my method of reservation/payment was granted.

My stay was great but need WI-FI it was clean the furniture...
My stay was great but need WI-FI it was clean the furniture needed to be updated and some other things!!! But other than that it was quiet and peaceful!!!! Enjoyed that so I slept good!!! I’ll give it a rating of 8 stars out of 10 just a few things that could change!!! If that happens it will be a 10 The staff is very pleasant!!! Sweet person !!! The room was ready at 2pm but I couldn’t get there until 630 my daughter is going to college!!! I was still welcome and greeted!!! The owner is very nice and friendly!!!!
I did not make this reservation. I reported the fraudulent
To Fateem last night as soon as I learned of it. He said there was nothing he could do about it because bookings.con made it and prepaid it. How your company obtained my email and my wife’s credit card number will be investigated. I believe this was done intentionally by the agent I spoke to while looking for a room at a Marriott property at the airport. At no time did I make a reservation. If the conversation was truly recorded and not erased, you will have proof.
Location was superb - very close access to highways and major eateries. You can tell that they have tried to give the hotel an updated look and I think they succeeded for the most part. The lobby smells absolutely lovely and the staff were A++ all around! We even had very late night pizza delivered directly to the room from the partnered pizzeria, Marcos. Hotel was relatively inexpensive, and one of the only ones in Greensboro that was allowing one night bookings instead of 2 night minimums.
This hotel is amazing!!! As soon as you step foot inside everything is beautiful!! The hotel was clean and the rooms are nice and clean also. The complimentary breakfast was good and plentiful. The hotel also has a restaurant connected to it. The food at that restaurant was some of the BEST FOOD that I have had in a long time! And on Friday and Saturday nights, I think they have a DJ! ☺️ Everytime I'm in that area this will definitely be where I stay!
I am sorry that I don't know his name, but the front desk clerk was amazing. He was professional, but friendly, and delivered the best customer service I had experienced anywhere in a very long time. He was busy when we arrived, but he stayed calm and inviting to everyone. I unfortunately don't remember his name, but his customer service skills were impeccable and he handled our issue with the electric blinds in our room in a timely manner.
The hotel location is excellent and very nice hotel with easy and fast check in . The staff were so friendly and helpful . Every thing I need was very close in walking distance . Greensboro is a beautiful city in which I had studied 35 years ago . Thank you all staff , your guest: M AlRomaih .
My room was huge which was a nice surprise. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed being able to sit at the bar and enjoy a few drinks after a long day of driving and emptying the storage unit we had in Greensboro. Staff were so friendly. The warm cookies were the best!
This is our hotel of choice when traveling to Greensboro. Our stay was an enjoyable one that provided us with much needed rest and relaxation. All the staff we encountered were friendly and very helpful and the massage at the Spa was amazing!
I did like the fact that the hotel was close to Greensboro, so there was a lot to do. It has a good location. Visually, the hotel is nice. I slept fine, and the A/C kept the room nice and cool overnight. The check in staff was also very nice.
24hour reception, good value for money, clean, complimentary WiFi, toiletries and breakfast. TV, fridge, microwave, phone, and desk included. Hot water available. Excellent location if you're visiting Greensboro NC from GSO airport.
Front desk, restaurant, and other hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, spacious and quiet. Hotel is close to places we wanted to go. We’ll come back again to this hotel when passing through Greensboro.
Everything was good. I arrived to Greensboro earlier than planned so I called the hotel to see if I could check in early and they were able to accommodate me. The staff was friendly and my room was perfect
BEAUTIFUL decor (zen like) and SUPER friendly staff! I have no reason to ever visit Greensboro again BUT I would go just to stay in THIS hotel again.
PLUS 24 hour airport shuttle
The hotel is in an easy location to get to. The sheets and the bathroom were clean. The building is old so it feels run-down but the room was clean so it was worth the price.
We spent one night at the hotel, we stopped to sleep but I loved it, comfortable room and wonderful breakfast, well served and this is difficult to have in other hotels..
