The condition, the cleanliness, and the functioning of everything: no guessing about the shower temp, the functioning of the elevator, room key. Seamless and effortless. I even liked the citrus soaps! I also liked the breakfast spread: very easy to have a high protein start to the day. I was very favorably surprised by BW. I will definitely not avoid the brand!

Location was great, very central to everything. Room was clean and comfortable. I mostly went out for meals but was happy to have snacks available after I had returned to the room for the night. All the staff was super helpful in making recommendations for nearby attractions.

The property was beautiful and the space was used well. Check in was easy and our contact, Marley, was very helpful. They checked in regularly but weren’t overbearing. They answered all of our questions and made thoughtful recommendations. The location is great too. It was close to everything we wanted to see but still gave us a quiet spot to go back to.

Danvers is very close to Salem and the accommodations at Sonesta were fantastic. We were so close we decided to Uber/Lift back and forth to the hotel. We were right next door to a shopping center/Mall/restaurants. We definitely would recommend staying in Danvers.

A great jumping off point is you are a history buff.
A great jumping off point is you are a history buff. Danvers was the historic Salem Village in the 16th, early 17th century, They changed the name when township was granted and to try to get away from the bad press of the witchcraft events.

Don’t stay at this hotel. Do not waste your money.
Don’t stay at this hotel. Do not waste your money. Sleep in your car or anywhere else. Horrific experience. Broken safety locks, wires hanging out of the walls, bugs in the room, hair in the tub,. There is no way the room was cleaned between occupants. Spent $150 at Walmart to buy sheets and towels the cause the hotel was so unbelievably dirty.

Such a lovely little place!
Such a lovely little place! Close to everything we wanted to do, but also far enough away that it wasn’t loud or too busy. The historic homes and buildings around are to die for! My husband and I are actually talking about moving up there in the not-too-distant future :-)
The property was right next to downtown Danvers. An easy walk downtown or to a nearby hiking trail. Giannia (sp?) is absolutely lovely! She was charming, friendly and very welcoming to her home. Her family was all around and just a happy little group. Giannia was responsive to a minor issue and handled it immediately. The suite was very nice and clean. It had all one needs for a comfortable stay. This is a happy place!!
Can-do attitude of staff. This is the number one factor in managing a hotel.
Layout of room and availability of walk-in shower for my husband.
Comfort of beds and pillows.
Cleanliness of rooms and overall facility.
Quality and selection of breakfast foods, and large, attractive eating space.
Outdoor sitting patio and indoor pool.
Operating Windows to let in fresh air.
Nothing, we left and found another hotel, it was so disgusting, rat shit on the room floor, blood and shit stains on bedding, hair and old food left on floor, wiring pulled out of the walls. Smell of marijuana and cigarettes throughout the entire place!! People living in campers out in parking lot, not clean or safe place for family or anyone
Very friendly, helpful front desk staff. Our room was quite large, very clean and comfortable with good facilities. Breakfast was good and varied for this type of hotel. We didn't use the pool but it looked very clean and well maintained. Lots of on site parking.
Clean and spacious rooms, loved the kitchen area (there is silverware and cookware)
Very comfortable beds and overall we would book here again!
The location was perfect! Close to salem, Peabody, downtown boston.. there is restaurants and stores nearby as well.
Reasonable price for a relatively new and spacious room not too far from Logan airport. Clean hotel, could be recently refurbished. Good facility with a swimming pool: although, it was closed for maintenance during our overnight stay.
Great location, very clean Danvers is a great town full of history and very close to Salem, stores very close by and the lady at the front desk was extremely polite and friendly I had an excellent stay 😀
Everything! Beautiful and neat room and hotel, great outdoor pool and laundry room. Spacious room with a sofa, smells good everywhere in the hotel. Great price and friendly staff, i would go back anytime
Everything from the check in to check out the rooms have been renovated and look amazing the grounds are beautiful a nice clean quiet safe place much better than any other hotel/motel on rte 1
Hotel looked like it was in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was nice before we left. Several items to choose from. Staff were nice when checking in.
The night clerk did her best to make it right by moving us to another room. Appreciated the pet friendly hotel but will think twice before going to another Motel 6.
