Peabody is about 20 minutes from Salem and other tourist destinations, (Boston). There is a Wendy's and Sonic within walking distance. Highways are nearby. Ample parking and the premises is clean.

We stayed in Peabody but our main reason for going was Salem. We did find very good food in Peabody though. Lots and lots of stores, very populated and you can find anything you need close by. Driving here was a nightmare for us; we are not used to there being no lines on the roads in some parts, no signs for merging lanes and every road being as big/fast as a highway. Very scenic roads though so as the passenger, it was nice haha.

Our stay was very relaxing. The staff personnel were very accommodating. They quickly solved any requests or needs. There was an incident (we did not have a problem) with not enough parking spaces for the guest due to an event that was happening at the hotel. I am not sure of the person name but they were quick to help out anyone that needed a space and I witnessed them first hand making sure that anyone who needs a space got one within minutes of pulling into the parking lot. Amazing employees who went above and beyond for all of us and everyone else at the hotel. Breakfast was provided and it was actually pretty good! Anything that was needed while we were in the rooms (extra towels, washcloths etc) were quickly brought to the room and dirty ones taken away. Garbage was quickly picked up as well. Will definitely be staying here again! Thank you Springhill Suites!

Room and bed were comfortable and clean. Several tries and fighting with the keyless entry- very frustrating. Other guests were complaining their cards didn’t work either. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Hotel is right next to the highway, making the room very noisy. Additionally, the curtain doesn't close so you'll have the lights from the highway shining in all night long. Room and hotel not very clean or well maintained.

The room had clean sheets but stained bedspread. The chair had stains on it. Overall, it was a total dump. Holes in the walls, peeling paint in the bathroom, doors unsecure & wouldn't lock properly, bed as hard as a rock. It isn't in a bad area, as I have stayed at other hotels in this area & didn't have any problems. This property is just run down & not maintained well. I did not feel safe because the door was not secure & there were guests & residents drinking outside. The door could have easily been pushed open. I would not recommend this motel to anyone. Spend the extra bucks & go to a decent hotel down the road. The Holiday Inn is much better.
