The facility was fine the customer support terrible. I had originally made a reservation for 5 days but changed to 3. I have been trying to get a refund for 3 months. The site does not respond to request for confirmation from Booking.com. I have tried to call the hotel many times but they never answer the phone

Nice hotel and staff, a bit dated but the price was great for 4 nights. We were in town for some medical treatments for my wife and I needed to work remotely in the room. The wifi was the worst I have eve seen. The hotel contracts it out and I spent a lot of time on the phone talking with the wifi company.BernardUnited States of America

Its location is unbeatable, rooms are a good size, clean, comfortable. Staff are friendly. I love how there is a self service laundry on site, tea, coffee available in the lobby is a nice touch.
