The room was clean, clean pool. The hallways the walls and sliding doors were gross and need a good cleaning. The elevator need cleaned. This place needs upkeep and maintenance to the hallways and overall building.

The rooms were clean & comfortable. Amenities were nice. It is located in an up and coming area which is extremely nice. Walking distance to restaurants. I thought price was reasonable but have a feeling they will increase when area is no longer under construction.

Breakfast had only 3 items for the breakfast buffet, for a family of 4 to pay 55 dollars with tip for a 3 item buffet is the sole reason why I would prefer to find a different hotel next time.

Savannah at the front desk was especially helpful. The location next to I25 was useful for day trips around Denver and up north to Wyoming. The hotel wasn't very busy, probably due to the remodeling.
