Location was great, you can walk to several restaurants, parks and boutiques. And you have the pier close to the hotel to enjoy the beautiful sunset views. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was great. And very important to me, pet friendly!

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. The room was very nice....even better than the pictures. We rode the bikes into Dunedin and did some sight seeing. The bikes were definitely a plus.
The room was stocked with everything we needed ❤️ The bed was so comfortable and the room was nicely decorated.

Exceptionally clean! Very nice decor. Perfect location - just around the corner from a few restaurants and a bar but still peaceful at night. Minutes away from Dunedin.

Dunedin is a nice, quiet, little town to relax in. Easy, walkable town with plenty of restaurants, bars and microbreweries to visit. Nice Park at the water's edge but not really a beach town. Close to Clearwater Beach by car. Pinella trail runs right thru town for easy biking riding or a run.

I would not recommend Dunedin as a vacation destination.
I would not recommend Dunedin as a vacation destination. Downtown area is very congested and many homeless sprawled out in the street even blocking crossing areas. Local law enforcement does nothing about it. Much better upscale choices on the West coast such as Naples to stay in.

This is one of the best little towns of Florida.
This is one of the best little towns of Florida.
There is plenty to do and if you are in search of good beer there are seven breweries (and counting) in walking distance.
Beaches, baseball, and more.

Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island are the main natural attractions. Access to Caladesi is by ferryboat from Honeymoon Island, you can walk it from Clearwater but it's almost four miles. Downtown Dunedin is a charmer! No national chains, lots of unique shops and restaurants. More parking is available off the main streets. We dined at Clear Sky Draught House, liked it so much we went back the next night! Eclectic menu and great happy hour specials. Get there early or be prepared to wait, the locals really love this place.

The first time I visited Dunedin I fell in love with the town. My son and his wife live in Clearwater and would love to live in Dunedin, but housing is expensive (everywhere not just there)
The whole town is walkable and everything is quaint and friendly. A place just to relax and remove yourself from the hectic-ness of life.
Dunedin makes you feel good.

Down town is a very walkable area with lots of local shops, restaurants and bars. No chain stores here, just great local flair. Has the “old Florida “ feel. Accessible by car and boat. Plenty to do nearby via short drive or ferry trip. Some of the nicest beaches in the state are just across the bay.
Don’t miss Crown and Bull or Bon Appetite restaurants.
This is an old house whose interior has has been redesigned and re-engineered with great care and taste, using top notch materials and decorated beautifully. The premises were immaculate and it was furnished with very tasteful furniture. The amenities for clients and the material used for coffee and snacks was also of a very high quality. The common area was very appealing and warm and the pool was in excellent shape. Too bad we did not meet the owner (s). It is definitely a place we will be happy to stay in if we return to Dunedin.

The accommodations were clean and updated. Location was great, very walkable to downtown Dunedin. The property was nice and quiet, though I think there were only a couple of other guests staying. Communication prior to our arrival was good. The gift certificate for a local restaurant for breakfast to subsidize the removal of breakfast at the cottage was a nice treat. We would definitely consider staying here again.
The hotel is located close to downtown Dunedin and the harbour, which makes it walking distance from TD Ballpark. We loved lazing in the pool on hot afternoons. The variety of breakfast options was appreciated. Our room was freshened up every day, which was a pleasant surprise as many hotels don't offer this service anymore. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.
The property is well located within easy reach of all the downtown restaurants and shops and an easy drive to excellent beaches. Breakfast was freshly cooked and full of nice touches that you don't get in a hotel. The room was very comfortable with everything you expect.
Unique property with great attention to detail. Very attentive staff who gave a personal and friendly service.
Individually themed self catering rooms with shared porch.
Located within walking distance of downtown Dunedin and on Trolleybus route.
Location was great and Dunedin shops an easy walk. Views out to sea from the balcony were nice, Breakfast was good and the beds very comfy. Everything was nice and clean .Pool was very good and onsite carparking free and easy,
The location was perfect. Near food and Downtown Dunedin. Easy to get to, enough room for the 2 of us. Nice to have a place to stay while visiting family. Host was easy to get in touch with and responded within 24 hours.
Hotel was nicely refurnished. Located in a safe, suburban area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool area was nicely kept, but didn't get sun until the afternoon. Breakfast had a good variety of food to choose from.
The house was emaculate! The bedrooms were very nice and the living room was so spacious. The location was convenient to great local restaurants and unique shops. If I come back to Dunedin I will book this place again.
Fantastic location in the heart of downtown Dunedin. Walking distance to great restaurants, shops and 8 different breweries. The room was fully equipped with a kitchenette and seating area. Super comfortable cottage.
The Meranova Inn sits in a perfect location off the Main Street of Dunedin. It’s cozy, clean, & we could walk everywhere! Shopping, restaurants, the marina, etc. were all close. Checkin and checkout were easy.
The location is fabulous, overlooking the beautiful Gulf & accessible by foot to shops, restaurants, bars & the pier. Love the historic aspects the hotel incorporates in decor, food, bar & surroundings.
Very cute, clean, comfortable beds, very well maintained and the decor was so well done!! Nice lounge and pool area. Quiet and a great location to explore Dunedin!!! Absolutely love it !!
Staff was so friendly and welcoming, room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Very conveniently located to area attractions. Safety was never a concern. Highly recommend!
