When we arrived the smell of dope in the air and another guest was complaining of all rooms smelled of cigarette smoke and third room smelled of drugs and they were not happy so we did not stay and got another room elsewhere. We lost 100 dollars due to this issue

They canceled my room when I was 5 minutes away from the hotel the reception called talking about she was out of office when the room was booked mind you I booked it online around 12:00am why was the website not updated to no available rooms before I booked and had drove over 30 minutes at midnight to get almost there to try to find a room which I had no luck finding one at all so unprofessional and upsetting 🤦🏽♀️
