The place was really clean and easy to find. There is plenty of parking. Room has a small fridge and kettle. The bathroom was very clean, spacious and had great water pressure. Woolworth was just down the road and there's a KFC across the road from the motel. McDonalds is not far away too.

Great little motel. The rooms were clean and serviced daily. Comfortable beds. All the basic items were there including a fridge, microwave, kettle etc. Check-in was easy. They do have a restaurant/bar at the location, however, we didn't get a chance to try it. Location is very close to Lithgow town.

Room was great, very spacious and super comfortable. Staff very super friendly and helpful. Parking was available for each room but could get a little tight if the place was full.
Having the restaurant onsite was great because we couldn't easily get to other places, so we ate dinner and breakfast there.
Would stay again for short stay/stop over

Awesome service, couldn't fault the staff they were excellent.
The room was great, has everything you need to self cater and just relax.
It's a nice little town. Great eating options as there are cafes and fast food outlets. The Woolworth had everything we wanted. Didn't get the chance to visit Lithgow small arms though. Lake Lyell is not far away and well worth the visit. Would be a good base to visit the 4WD tracks around.

Got a room at the back .
Was much better as a way from the car traffic .
The hot water for the shower was great .
And the heater was on low that made the room
Nice and warm .
Only issue was the bed wasn't comfy .

Lithgow like most small NSW country towns was ok.
Lithgow like most small NSW country towns was ok. Nothing that stands out of the ordinary, although I must mention that the folks were very friendly and would smile, greet you and make you feel like a local.

Lithgow is a delightful town.
Lithgow is a delightful town. Lots of interesting parks, shops and the Japanese Bath House - must visit! Must also visit Hassans Walls lookout and reserve. The Blast Furnace Park is another interesting and beautiful park to visit, with a walking track around the lake and wetlands. Well worth a visit.

Great food & atmosphere at the worries club, the wedding we came for at seclusions was a stunning landscape & we visited Hartley vale which is absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately Public toilets are automatically locked at night.
This property was so much more than a motor in.
The room was modern, comfortable and felt more like a luxury hotel.
The staff were amazing, they offered 5 star service with freindly small town charm.
Dinner in the restaurant was cosy, delicious and the staff went out of their way to ensure everyone was having a good time and enjoying their meal.
We were sad to be only staying one night.
The room was comfortable, warm and spacious, and I found the staff very friendly and helpful. I ate three times in the restaurant and the food was good. If I need to return to Lithgow for work, I would stay at the Zig Zag again. Many thanks.
The hotel is classic & surrounding with full of old classic decorations.
Feel like having adventure in old classic building or castle.
Provide XL size towels.
A bunch of tea bag & coffee with sugar.
Feel ok to stay for 1 night.
We ended up taking a lot longer getting to Lithgow than we planned, and the reception staff were so helpful in allowing us to check in quite late, making our trip so much less stressful than it could have been.
I travelled through Lithgow on a work trip so just needed something cheap and cheerful. Place was tidy and had everything you'd expect from a motel.
I would happily book Lithgow Valley Motel again.
The host is amazing! Very accommodating to every needs which compensate completely the minimalist environment! The place has its own chic and style. Good for the budget travelling!
Very comfortable motel, the managers were absolutely lovely, food at the restaurant was great, I needed a late check out and this was accommodated without any problems.
Lithgow Workies was fabulous for a business trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the bistro wqas fabulous. Would definitely stay again.
