The location in the gated community was amazingly fabulously great. We loved the walk to the swimming pool and the restaurants close by. The walk to the actual beach was not bad.

Santa Rosa Beach has beautiful white sand beaches and clear aqua water. The water was too cold to swim in this time of year but nice for sitting on the beach. Our hotel was not on the beach but not far away from it.
We ate twice at Bayou Bills and the food and service was great. We had a wonderful breakfast at The Donut Hole. The traffic is very congested on Hwy 98 but that is where many restaurants are located and the two I mentioned are not very far from 30A. We definately will make another trip to Santa Rosa Beach!

The beach and the area was beautiful.
The beach and the area was beautiful. There were dogs everywhere and we own a dog and brought her, but the rules for dogs are very strict and unreasonable. We couldn't even take our dog on the beach! We are very considerate owners and clean up completely after our dog but evidently we have to pay the price for others who may not. I do not know the reason for the beach not allowing dogs but this rule needs to be at least enforced with a fee for dogs that is reasonable but not that you have to own property!!

Stayed for the Wine Festival and was very impressed with the wine, dessert, and main meal food selections even though they were bite-size, we were very full by the end of the festival. The vendors were very nice upon returning even several times in a row. Within walking distance to all the shops and dining establishments. The Sunday Farmer's market is amazing. Dined at the Paradis Friday night, then the Pescado on Saturday night. Liked both and the view from the Pescado was very memorable since we watched the sunset from their open air rooftop location. Used Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental company and made arrangements through Booking.com, all went very smoothly, no issues. Cecelia at the front desk was remarkable and makes us want to stay again.

Santa Rosa Beach has always been well kept. being on a private beach was much more relaxing and less disturbing. we were able to see our neighbors repeatedly in passing, get to know them a little, and that felt comforting. I haven't been able to do that at other condos on non-private beaches.

Beautiful beaches and within walking distance to many things. Food was wonderful at the nearby restaurants. No crowded beaches and an immense feeling of safety. Great places to rent bikes and other outdoor items (we used Vacayzen and they were wonderful to work with).

Lost quaint appeal, too busy and angry.
Lost quaint appeal, too busy and angry. No more "Old FL Appeal". Project/room extremely noisy and located at elevator. Interior hallway is hard surface tile and noisy, adjoining room is noisy along with parking lot activity. Sunshine coffee was excellent. walking food places were not up to ratings. Vacasa service was slow to respond. Access was poor. This time was considered "off season" Would not book again.

Staying here is so much nicer than staying at a hotel. We had space to spread out and for all the stuff we brought with us. An available washer and dryer was very convenient. We had what we needed to cook a few meals so that we didn't have to eat out every meal. The location was a short driving distance to the State Park Beaches that we wanted to visit; grocery stores and some restaurants close; not near as crowded as the Destin/or 30A areas. It was a great value to stay in a beautiful area of the Florida Panhandle.
We absolutely loved it here. Our space had a full kitchen, all the utensils you need, and much more (we reserved the King Suite). It was about 1/2 a mile from the nearest beach entrance. They had bike rentals, so of course, we utilized those. Everyone was great, and it was such a relaxing stay. Plenty of parking, too. Only downside was the property didn’t have breakfast included and it was tough finding a restaurant for breakfast, unless I didn’t look hard enough - LOL. We will be back!
The place was gorgeous and felt like home. The use of the golf cart made things easy along with bicycles and paddle boards. We would definitely go back. It was our first time staying in Grayton beach area so we're really not sure what the average cost would be anywhere else.
The deck was awesome. Very large and had view of the pool and beach. We loved the pool and the beach access. It came with 2 free bikes which we really enjoyed but no helmets. The facilities were well maintained and the staff knowledgeable about the area and local restaurants.
Very clean, nicely decorated, well appointed and comfortable. It was a 5 minute walk to a public beach access. Convenience store and beach shops very nearby was a plus.
Great location with a fun vibe! Located right off highway near everything!! Host was super nice and helpful and made contact very shortly after booking!
