There really isn’t much to do in Saratoga.

There really isn’t much to do in Saratoga. We walked around and did some shopping. We visited the mineral hot springs which was nice. The dressing rooms were clean. The stairs down to the pool is very slippery. I wore water shoes which I think helped. I am handicapped but with help I was able to get down to the pool. For breakfast go to HW Hugus. Food was excellent and price was good. Portions are large. Kelsey was our waitress and she was wonderful. For dinner we went to the Grumpy Italian and food was excellent and service was great. Food prices overall in Saratoga is high. We did enjoy ourselves and will be returning. There is an RV Park right outside the city so we will probably take the RV next time.

Didn't go to hot springs but they were an option.

Didn't go to hot springs but they were an option. Disappointed in the variety and convenience of restaurants (some closed as early at 6:45 pm and others required reservations which seemed unusual for such a small town). The bar at the brewery ended up being one of the few options, for dinner, but it turned out to be good as long as you were OK sitting in the bar area watching the football game.

Visited the public hot springs. It was nice. We had dinner and drinks at the Wolf Hotel - this place is very nice and full of history! Recommend eating here! Take in the pictures and the history! We stayed at the Copperline Lodge - highly recommend it! Great time!

All the lodging in town that is worth staying in does not...

All the lodging in town that is worth staying in does not allow pets - we have a well behaved dog. The two motels that do allow dogs are run down and filthy. If you have a dog and want to stay in Saratoga you are going to be dissatisfied with your lodging options.

We were never able to stay at Sage & Sand...

We were never able to stay at Sage & Sand...There was a gas leak on the same block at the hotel and we were told to check in later....Since we were not able to check in when desired, we had to make a decision to drive back home to Fort Collins. It was not reasonable for us to have to wait till past 10pm to check in.
