Wonderful Family owned Business.. Everything is great quality..Modern but insde was like being in lovely English Hotel . Very comfortable bed . Big room and good sized bathroom . The soon to be opened Restaurant with Amazing Decor . Beautiful Paintings By One of the Owners .. looked great .. This place was a great base for Me over the past week . Sofia centre and other places accessible by Car and other transport. Kostinbrod is very lucky to have this High Class Property available to use . There is a lot to like about this hotel: -The staff is very friendly and helpful. Whenever I had a questions, they were there to help me find solutions. For example, when I was too tired to go out to dinner, the lady at reception showed me how to download an app to order in. -My room was big, bright, and comfortable. It was also impeccably clean. -The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The sheets were soft. -The bath towels were the perfect size. Water pressure was good. -Breakfast was delicious and there were options to fit any taste. The breakfast room ladies were very kind and helpful. -The hotel is great with the little touches: lending umbrellas when it’s raining, complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby, complimentary bottles of water in the room. -The hotel is right next to a metro station, the main bus and train station.
