Bilpin is a quiet location that has some tourist options mostly food and scenery based. There are no local options for dinner but places to have lunch and breakfast. The nearest dinner restaurant is about 15 mins away so it is best to bring food with you. We loved the bushland setting and the many various birds...
We loved the bushland setting and the many various birds that visited, the dawn chorus. We had our own binoculars for bird-watching but noted that a pair of binoculars was available if needed, Breakfasts in the house where we stayed were sensational! Our host and hostess were friendly and available. They attended to all our needs, giving good advice when discussing places of interest to visit and where to get food if wanted - they had lived in the vicinity for a good while and were very familiar with the area.Guest review byJoan
