A truly lovely city without the chaos of Jaipur or Delhi. It felt like an oasis. The city centre is very exciting - and attractive. The sunset boat ride is a must, also the puppet show at the museum, and the folk dancing at the city palace.

I loved Udaipur, and Parvat made it all the more memorable. HUGE THANKS TO YOU!!! Note that the hotel is very tall and steep so you will have to climb stairs. The rooftop view is excellent! When you arrive, you get a warm welcome and explanation of the things to do around Udaipur, along with advice on what (not) to skip. They are happy to advise you on any questions you may have (we were looking for a sweets shop and they recommended a great one!). The hotel is very comfortable and well kept. The location is amazing and in walking distance of many major attractions. There is also a security guy at the entrance of the alley leading up to the hotel to keep you safe.

The staff were friendly and super helpful, even helping me carry my luggage down the street to where I could catch a taxi. The onsite restaurant is fine, and the art store in the building has lots of beautiful things for very fair, hassle free prices. The location is perfect, too - it's steps from the lake at Gangaur Ghat and an easy walk to many of Udaipur's attractions.

We got an upgrade and the bathroom was very big and had 2 sinks, a big shower and a bathtub. The reception was open 24/24 and ready to meet your requests. The breakfast was delicious and the waiters very polite. The restaurant on the terrace has a magnificent view of Udaipur and the food served is tasty and cheap. Laundry service was provided. The manager helped us in booking a train ticket to Jaipur.
