The staff were polite.
The room was clean despite the severe run down nature of the whole place. One would think for the rate they charged per night, some of the money could go to keeping the place presentable and update the rooms.

Biloxi was definitely a place I would go vacation again. It was really relaxing and the people that I encountered were extremely nice. Unfortunately I was only able to visit the Biloxi side of the beach and not the Ocean Springs side, but Ill be back!

The beaches were very clean and not overly crowded for a Holiday weekend. Roads were very accessible and not hard to navigate. Loved all of the old trees. It has been a while since we visited and was very impresses with how much progress this town has made. I will be coming back in the future for short vacations.

Kind of disappointed with the water being brown.
Kind of disappointed with the water being brown. Any pictures online do not show the water being brown. We don't do sight seeing like alot of other people do like visiting historical places. Being it was so.hot it was hard to enjoy thr outdoors all day long. There is alot of garbage along the roads that should be cleaned. Sad to see alot if homeless living along the ocean and side streets. At least we didn't smell marugauna everywhere like we did in Colorado 4 years ago. Service was good at all if the places we stopped at fir a meal or beverage. It's eyeopenijg to still see boarded up homes from Katrina and businesses not rebuilding. We did enjoy our time riding along the ocean and visiting other towns. Would we visit again, possibly but not in May or any other time during the summer, winter for a couple might be an option but not during spring break as we were told that isn't a good time to come, so maybe in Feb. We definitely recommend doing thr walk on sunset sailboat ride at Schooners well worth the $30. Captian Ron is an interesting 92 year old person. FELIX'S has really good food.

We really enjoy coming to Biloxi.
We really enjoy coming to Biloxi. It’s not really like it use to be. Much more expensive to dine in some restaurants and can’t get the room service for cleaning like we use to. But we enjoyed our stay despite a few obstacles.

The best thing about our stay was the convenience of having everything in the casino. A couple of things that were unusual; no microwave in the room. Winning tickets didn’t give coins. One of the elevators didn’t work. Parking was a little tough. But I did like the high ceilings in the parking area.
The room we got had a view of the bay and the parking lot. It was nice to look at the view when you wake up in the morning. The room itself was big enough for the three of us. Room and toilet were both clean and sanitized. The curtains were automatic making it so easy to shut it down when you need to. There were also lots of restaurants along the lobby and the casino which made it very convenient for us and no need to go out for a quick bite. Price of the food in these restaurants were also affordable and tasted good.
Beautiful hotel, great room and very friendly staff. Staying in this hotel is an experience on itself. The place to stay in Biloxi when you don't want to spend the night in a casino. The location (and view) of the hotel is excellent, the whole hotel is very stylish. It looks more like a mansion than a hotel. They have an excellent pool. And by this all you would expect it to be very expensive. On the contrary, it is very affordable. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much.
Room was dirty so we had to change rooms but the second room the covers felt damp, like they didn’t get dry in the dryer, hall and rooms has a damp odor , no Buffett , went to the palace to eat, ate one time at Forrest Gump it was soso,, We used to love this hotel and have stayed several times but don5 think we will visit again, pool was the best part
There wasn't anything to like about this experience at this hotel except the location. We couldn't enjoy it because the room was nasty. I think that my wife may have gotten bit by bed bugs cause I know there were no mosquitoes outside. We were told we wouldn't charged for the second night and the room wasn't worth what we paid.
The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Across the street from the beach and there was also a public restroom on the beach. Close to Sharkheads souvenir shop and restaurants. The room was good sized. They had a pool that looked very well maintained.
I loved the room the hot tub was amazing after a long drive from Huntsville Al down it was way better than the room we got for free at treasure bay casino n hotel .. I wished we stayed here for the two extra nights we was in Biloxi ms..
Very cheap stay for the night in a 5 star hotel room. Probably it’s so cheap because they expect you to spend a lot of money at the casino. But as long as you don’t, you can just enjoy a very comfortable night at a very low price.
The room -with a saloon area and a kitchen- decoration, the pool area is really good, the staff -very professional and super nice- the bar with life music, the cleaning of the entire hotel. Super location. Absolutely recommended
the hotel was clean, staff was helpful and the location of the hotel made it easy to find things for the entire family to do. they were able to give us adjoining rooms so I was able to keep an eye on my elderly parents
Staff was very nice with lots of personality. Room was good for the price. No frills but homey. Old school hotel set up that was rather charming. Pool area was very nice.
Loved the location right next door to The Reef restaurant. Only a couple of miles from Beau Rivage and Hard Rock Casinos.
Very clean spacious room and very comfy bed.
Staff was very nice, beautiful property, and Condo style suites. Also the property is located exactly on the beach, near boardwalk and nearby restaurants.
