The staff was very helpful whenever I had a question about local places and transportation since I didn’t have a car. Very comfortable room. The room had a refrigerator and coffee maker but no microwave. That was fine with me. The hotel bar and restaurant was great and very reasonable. The location was where I needed it to be. I was there to visit a critically ill friend in Moses Cone hospital which was only a 10 minute ride away.

Greensboro is a great small city with lots to do. The colleges are close to each other and the students seem to be all over. The whole city is family friendly with parks and nice activities for young kids and teenager's. The school system is excellent and they are up to date on all STEM education. Every time I visit there is a nice event going on. The weather is pleasant plus it is gorgeous in the spring and fall for flowers and tree enthusiast.

What we did like, a lot of restaurants, a lot of hotels.
What we did like, a lot of restaurants, a lot of hotels. We ate at hooters, and we did take out from the cook out. We got chicken on both occasions and it was delicious. What we didn't like was the traffic. For us it was insane. Although where we stayed it was easy getting to all the locations we wanted.

I went to college in Greensboro and loved it then.
I went to college in Greensboro and loved it then. It is a cultural center, has art and historical museums and is a higher educational center with large city advantages but small town feel.
Moving around is fairly easy and the city has variety in things to do and diversity in eating establishments.

MY STAY WAS INTERUPTED BY A POWER OUTAGE.
MY STAY WAS INTERUPTED BY A POWER OUTAGE. WHY ON EARTH DOES A MAIN HOTEL CHAIN DOESN'T HAVE BACKUP GENERATORS. I WAS IN TOWN TO BURY A LOVED ONE AND HOW TO SHOWER AND DRESS IN THE DARK. AND STAFF HAD NO IDEA WHEN POWER WOULD RETURN. WHEN I CHECKED OUT POWER WAS STILL OUT. TOTAL,LY RUINED THE TRIP UP UNTIL THAT POINT I HAD DECIDED TO STAY IN TOWN ONE MORE NIGHT AND HAD TO BOOK ELSEWHERE. TOTALLY RUINED MY TRIP A COMPLEMENTARY NIGHT WOULD BE THE CORRECT THING TO DO

My stay was great but need WI-FI it was clean the furniture needed to be updated and some other things!!! But other than that it was quiet and peaceful!!!! Enjoyed that so I slept good!!! I’ll give it a rating of 8 stars out of 10 just a few things that could change!!! If that happens it will be a 10 The staff is very pleasant!!! Sweet person !!! The room was ready at 2pm but I couldn’t get there until 630 my daughter is going to college!!! I was still welcome and greeted!!! The owner is very nice and friendly!!!!
I’m a native of Greensboro, but I currently live in Baltimore, MD. I came home for the holidays, but Ive always preferred to stay in a hotel. This will be my new go-to hotel as the rooms are cozy and comfortable and the decor is modern and contemporary. The price is exceptional for what you get and there is a lot of Greensboro history spray painted over the walls in graffiti that gives this hotel tremendous character. I’ll be back!
What a wonderful little gem to find right off of the interstate for our one night stay on our travels to New Jersey.. Alexis who check us in was so lovely. Our room was very nice, good bed, good shower and excellent breakfast. Would stay here again in a minute if we travel this way again. We met the owner who we could tell was trying to make his hotel the best it can be!
This was my second visit Great location, very pleasant and clean rooms, but the one thing that makes this such a good place to stay was the staff. Breakfast was great as well. We highly recommend this hotel and we'll certainly be seeking to stay here again if we ever are in Greensboro.
The hotel was nice , Love the new renovation of the hotel . Even though this was my first time there . The room was nice and clean . Loved the little things they made with the wash rags . It was a nice cozy hotel for my one night stay . Wish i could’ve stayed longer .
Best staff in Greensboro. First impressions mean everything in hospitality. This team is ACES. I’ve been to a lot of other hotels in and around Greensboro and none are as professional. Keep up the great work during a difficult time.
Can't beat the price. This is the type facility as any hotel room. Comfortable and clean bed, desk, closet, and private bathroom with toiletries. Great and easy communication with the host, Keith. Highly recommended.
Room clean and comfortable, bed clean; no bed bugs, house keepers was good and communicative, close to the airport but I rather hear planes than gun shots and noisy neighbors.... Great stay for me...
Breakfast was very good, with a few options available. Location was less than 10 minutes from downtown. Staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very comfortable.
The room was clean and comfortable ... and had nice flooring (not carpet). The breakfast was next door in the attached restaurant and was the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel!
The bed was amazing and the hotel was close to all of the places I planned to go. Front desk staff were nice and the shower was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel room so far.
This hotel is very eye appealing and hip. Lobby was always clean, and the staff was friendly. It's in a good location of Greensboro, close to everything you could need.
Very relaxed and clean for guests. I like how the single guest rooms still have the luxurious feel to it. Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting Greensboro.
