The staff was very helpful whenever I had a question about local places and transportation since I didn’t have a car. Very comfortable room. The room had a refrigerator and coffee maker but no microwave. That was fine with me. The hotel bar and restaurant was great and very reasonable. The location was where I needed it to be. Greensboro is a great small city with lots to do. The colleges are close to each other and the students seem to be all over. The whole city is family friendly with parks and nice activities for young kids and teenager's. The school system is excellent and they are up to date on all STEM education. Every time I visit there is a nice event going on. The weather is pleasant plus it is gorgeous in the spring and fall for flowers and tree enthusiast.

What we did like, a lot of restaurants, a lot of hotels.
What we did like, a lot of restaurants, a lot of hotels. We ate at hooters, and we did take out from the cook out. We got chicken on both occasions and it was delicious. What we didn't like was the traffic. For us it was insane. Although where we stayed it was easy getting to all the locations we wanted.

I went to college in Greensboro and loved it then.
I went to college in Greensboro and loved it then. It is a cultural center, has art and historical museums and is a higher educational center with large city advantages but small town feel.
Moving around is fairly easy and the city has variety in things to do and diversity in eating establishments.

MY STAY WAS INTERUPTED BY A POWER OUTAGE. WHY ON EARTH DOES A MAIN HOTEL CHAIN DOESN'T HAVE BACKUP GENERATORS. I WAS IN TOWN TO BURY A LOVED ONE AND HOW TO SHOWER AND DRESS IN THE DARK. AND STAFF HAD NO IDEA WHEN POWER WOULD RETURN. WHEN I CHECKED OUT POWER WAS STILL OUT. TOTAL,LY RUINED THE TRIP UP UNTIL THAT POINT I HAD DECIDED TO STAY IN TOWN ONE MORE NIGHT AND HAD TO BOOK ELSEWHERE. TOTALLY RUINED MY TRIP A COMPLEMENTARY NIGHT WOULD BE THE CORRECT THING TO DO

I LOVE this hotel. I've been here a few times over the past couple months. When I come to Greensboro this is my hotel of choice, even though there is a million other one's surrounding this. I love the booking fee of only $20.00. They always let me check in early, especially after traveling from TN! Wayne is so wonderful! He is funny and crazy and I love coming to see him, it's the high light of check in.
We traveled to Greensboro for a concert at the coliseum. This location was perfect. Even in heavy traffic after the concert, we were back in our room in less than 10 mins. Also, we ate dinner at Carrabba’s directly across the street from the hotel. Very convenient. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was modest, but it fulfilled our needs. I would stay again.
Very courteous and efficient check-in. Room was clean and in good repair. Nice clean lobby. Location was good for visiting west side of Greensboro (Guilford College area) as well as the Gate City Blvd corridor. Lots of dining and shopping options close to the hotel. This is my second time in this location (1st was in 2020) Would definitely stay again.
I booked this hotel but wasn’t able to stay further there . Was told I had to many people in my room but that wasn’t the case at all it doesn’t matter how many people was in my car everyone didn’t stay? Older white man was very rude !!!
Our room was very clean and my wife loved the little extras like the espresso cups and Hotel Denim Denim bath robes. We are actually planning a weekend getaway to Greensboro just so we can show some of our friends the hotel.
I liked how friendly the staff was. The hot breakfast was a bonus and this hotel is in a good location. It smelled nice in the halls and elevator unlike what was stated in reviews. I like having access to the gym and pool.
I stayed in Microtel for Six nights during furniture market with my friend. Spacious room, Great Location, decent prices are some of the key points for which I would like to consider same hotel for my next market visit.
The location was excellent. We attended an event in downtown Greensboro and it was a ten minute walk to the Tanger Center. The host was welcoming and the breakfast was excellent.
Good hotel in a good location, very conventient for the motorway. The room was large, comfortable and clean. Good breakfast. Decent number of chain restaurants in the vicinity.
I loved the attention and care given by Timothy and Maria when checking in. The hotel was so clean and spacious. There was so much good to say about the room and the hotel.
It was cheap, and along the way. The front lady was nice enough. I was able to sleep well and take a shower which is the most important part, of course. That's about it.
