This was my 7th stay at Keekorok, bringing different friends each time - the lodge, food, staff and grounds were excellent as usual.

Set in Keekorok, 1.1 mi from Sekenani Shop, Oldarpoi Wageni Camps offers a restaurant, mountain views and free WiFi. Some units have a seating area and/or a patio.

Unique, stayed in luxury tents in quiet reserve surrounded by nature and some wildlife. The staff were amazing and host was careful to provide gluten free meals for my wife which we so appreciate. My youngest kid loved chef Nelson’s pancakes so much she kept requesting every morning. On our last day, chef Nelson prepared a to-go bag for her which she enjoyed the next morning. Loved this place!! The whole crew was excellent. They even found some wild honey for my mom to take home which she enjoyed.

With garden views, Olkinyei Mara Tented Camp is located in Talek and has a restaurant, room service, bar, garden and terrace. Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the lodge free of charge.

He arranged transportation from/to Nairobi for us, and book our great Safari Guide Johnathan! we were able to see the wildbeest river crossthe first day in Safari! This modest camp exceeded our expectations in that the food was great (compliments to Semadep Chef Peter), the price was very affordable, the cabins were adequate for our needs, and the location was beautiful. Sammy, the main camp host, took us on a spectacular sunset walk around the grounds (which included wild African animal sightings!), as well as a half-day hike up to the mesa and lookout point above the camp. Both of these walks were very memorable. I recommend this place if the expensive safari camps are not affordable for you, and you want to be close to the Maasai Mara National Reserve. My friends and I hope to make it back.

The staff was very welcoming, Leonard came to meet us by the main road to guide us to the guesthouse, John took us on a hike to the hill top so we could take in the Maasai Mara scenery. Edwin and Joy prepared dinner, and packed breakfast and lunch for us for the game drive. Beautiful campfire after dinner and the sound of animals in nature made it all worth it. Then the highlight of the trip was the game drive with James.
