Clean premises and everything well organized during breakfast and our stay in general. I loved all the staff in the reception and the entrance greeting. During my stay I felt very safe when entering the hotel, they all cared to help and treat us with exceptional professionalism.

The facility is clean, professional staff, conveniently near the city centre and very clean.

What we got was a luxurious and roomy studio flat, complete with a kitchen. We had a balcony with a view over a sports facility. The room was airy, with an open view outside. We were on the 5th floor. Above us was the rooftop restaurant. It's a Chinese one during normal business hours. In the morning, that's where they serve breakfast for the guests. It's a large buffet with a variety of items, not Chinese. When we checked out in the morning, they were happy to safely store our luggage so we could go out and about a bit before our flight. For what you get, it is excellent value for money at a reasonable price.

This was by far my best experience in a hotel in East Africa. From the kindness of the staff, to the different options for restaurants, the comfort and view of the room, or the amazing terrace e by the pool, everything exceeded my expectations. What a great experience. Well done

I had a nice, quiet, and restful stay at Hillpark Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff were pleasant and welcoming, always ready with a smile and waiting to help in whatever way they could. I was also happy to find that the wifi was working great. My only regret was that I couldn't stay longer, so I missed out on enjoying facilities like the swimming pool and the sauna, both of which looked great. I'll definitely be back to sample both.

Staff was off the charts wonderful. Very helpful and literally went way out of their way to help me like early check in with parking, walking me to the government building so I wouldnt get lost and getting me a driver at a good price to take me to the stadium. The room was immaculate
