The hotel inside is quite pretty and clean, and the hotel room is pretty big and very comfortable. The location of the hotel is right inside the Putrajaya city, where it is close to the Iron Mosque, and also very easy to get to other sightseeing places inside Putrajaya. The hotel breakfast is really good too, with a lot of varieties. Malay food such as nasi lemak and rendang, Chinese food such as fried noodle and fried rice, Indian food such as root canai with curry, Western food such as scramble egg and sausages, they have everything.

the hotel is exceeded my expectation, good breakfast they provide a changing menu everyday but for local menu " nasi lemak" is always provided. The room n bathroom are clean, the hot water responsive n fast, they have swimming pool with amazing mountain views. the location near Putra Jaya mosque and the biggest mall 101 ION city so I can spend time there.

    Putrajaya is a wonderful city.

    Putrajaya is a wonderful city. Beautiful Mosques, Nice roads, ample greenery. IOI shopping mall is huge... PMs office got a grand look and beautiful parks around... But it's a bit far from the major city and restaurant options are limited. you must call a GRAB for any movement. No metro or bus services nearby.

    I was passing through there, but the city is very clean, lots of greenery. Not far from the apartment where I was staying was Penanggah Taman Warisan Pertanian, a good place to eat local dishes. The area is very safe even late at night!

    Its a great place but its a little isolated if you are not in this vicinity for family, friends or business trip. The hangout at Q Bistro was great food but parking needs a lot more improvement. Its a resort living feeling and good for a off the beaten track trip if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of modern day cities. The convenience, the well planned city and its greenery is amazing.

    The district is well maintained with many attractions for first timers like me. It has a distinct flavour compared to KL I have visited many times. The lake, mosques, bridges & gardens are places that would please the eyes. I would recommend a 2 night's stay at the Zenith Hotel to soak in attractions, shopping & food for one whole day, as it was worth it for me.

    Excellent price & space ratio and felt like staying at home. Just next door to Alamanda Mall which is far more relaxing than going to the hectic IOI. The best thing they gave me an upgrade without requesting to ensure 2 units were on the same floor. Everything worked well. Anyway we have been staying here several times since it was under Shaftsbury Putrajaya. In fact everything looked the same except the name changed to Mercure Living. Mercure could not change anything as everything were still good to perfection.

    It’s a nice, comfortable hotel, breakfast was good except that I have to pay for my kids every time we go for buffet breakfast. Most of the employees are helpful except for a couple of them which were not. Requested sofa cum bed as 2 queen beds are small and seemed like single beds. I was told we don’t have it which was a shocker as the hotel like Dorsey should have it. Overall a good stay. Will recommend it.

    I love the breakfast meal... So delicious and many type of cuisine to choose from. Short distance to IOI putrajaya. The hotel does have van shuttle service. We used Shuttle van to IOI putrajaya. And decided to have a brisk walk to the hotel.
