Amazing gem!!! Honestly, in my 2 decades of traveling to 50+ countries, and staying at 20+ properties each year, this place is in the top 5% of my favorite properties. They just ticked every box—from proactive communication from the property manager about check-in (& early check in!) to the moment we arrived with the basket of thoughtful goodies with some souvenir mementos), the 1960s themed decor (the cute and fun grass wallpaper, the neon sign, etc.) and we loved the record player and eclectic collection of vinyl. Beyond the room, they pretty much thought of everything to make you happy on the property. The pool is AMAzING with retro lounge chairs, a dolphin fountain and an actual deep pool. They had so many floats and pool noodles so we didn’t need any. I found a perfect nap spot with the hammock strung between two palm trees. While we didn’t make use of it, they had a separate area for grilling and cornhole, and we didn’t have a furry friend with me but they even had a cute dog park! There’s free laundry. And a basket of board games in the rooms. I loved the waffle cotton bathrobes with their hot pink logo so I messaged the manager and sure enough you can buy one. There is “Paradise” bar & grill across the street at the beach and the beach has easy access and showers. The Pearl even provides beach chairs, some beach toys (we were not traveling with kids tho) & a beach wagon you can haul it all with—super convenient). I will for sure be back when next time in St. Pete. Traveler’s tip: we stayed in Cabana 104 and so glad we did because it was ground level and had a back door that took you directly to the pool —and great views of the pool from the kitchen and dining area windows. Looks like Cabana 105 also has the same layout and pool access, so both are probably the best rooms in terms of lighting, layout and pool access. Tons of restaurants and cafes in walking distance. A couple of blocks from the small downtown area with shops.

    St. Pete Beaches are the best.

    St. Pete Beaches are the best. The sand, the water were pristine. Plenty of places to eat from pizza and burgers to fine dining. You can get anywhere on Gulf Blvd. in your car or on the sidewalks. Downtown SP which has alot to offer is about 15 minutes away and well worth the visit.

    Very beautiful town up and down from pass-a-grill to St.

    Very beautiful town up and down from pass-a-grill to St. Pete downtown and coastal beach areas including Ft. DeSoto park. Must visit sites the St. Pete Pier is amazing and the top roof deck with incredible views. The park has everything to do for the outdoor enthusiast. As well as children's park and beach area with public bathroom. The area has many farmers markets and art and bakery outdoor tent fairs. Many great casual as well as fine dining restaurants. The hurricane did lots of damage last year but mostly all back to normal with only a few places still closed for renovations.

    St. Pete's Beach is beautiful!

    St. Pete's Beach is beautiful! The beach itself is soft white sand and was very clean. The water was refreshing and clear. It was perfect for little ones as the waves were not rough or big. We really enjoyed our stay.

    Beaches were clean, and close by!

    Beaches were clean, and close by! Many restaurants within walking distance or short drive! Grocery were close by as well. Super easy to navigate. Definitely a tourist type area. Shops are alll touristy, so if that is not your thing, might not have many shopping options.

    St.Pete Beach is like our second home.

    St.Pete Beach is like our second home. I love everything about it and we have investigated staying permanently in the future as we have been going for more than 30 years. It's family friendly and safe. The hurricane did massive damage but rebuilding is taking place.

    We have been going to St.

    We have been going to St. Pete Beach for 20 years but usually during Spring Break. This was our first visit during off peak time and we definitely will be going back. We are able to walk to nearby bars and restaurants and the Corey Street Farmers Market was absolutely wonderful. This was the first trip my husband and I have done alone in 30 years and it was well worth it. We are looking forward to returning again next year

    Not sure how to rate this as it is neither hotel or Airbnb. No housekeeping, we washed our own towels. Instructions for check in were good but had no idea what to do when we left so we just locked the door behind us. Place is a little shabby, amenities are cheap, location is great and it was good value for money for 4 adults with separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was not the suite we were expecting from the photo gallery on the website.

    Bestest beach location with beautiful multiple pools. Sloppy Joe's is great with food and service. ALL the staff is so warm and friendly. Love this hotel. Clyde the GM is so approachable and friendly. We checked out this morning and have already booked for next stay next year on my birthday. Love love love this resort!!!

    Loved, loved the bed! This hotel offers every modern update. Floors were pretty, but slick in the Kitchen and bath area. Loved the Buddha garden. The painted floors with turquoise colors, beautiful. Beach was great! Crystal clear water, fish, but hot, hot hot.

    Check in was fine and staff were helpful. There are a couple of restaurants in walking distance along with a Publix. The hotel has its own beach area and there were plenty of deck chairs and sun loungers. The pool is heated.
