The staff was generally very polite and helpful throughout the entire stay. The hotel manager was very considerate of a birthday occasion, and offered us a free wine on the house. All of our requests before and during the stay were accommodated, especially regarding a joint-bed and a top floor. Hats off! Vladimir in the reception is our hero, and was very polite, professional, and supportive. He even gave us local tips and recommendations that turned out to be amazing. We highly recommend him for a raise or a promotion!!

    Magaluf is a great destination for those who enjoy nightlife and clubbing – there are plenty of bars and clubs to choose from, offering something for everyone. You'll also find large supermarkets and a wide variety of good restaurants. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for a romantic getaway, as it's more lively and party-oriented. It’s a convenient base for exploring the southern part of Mallorca and is close to Palma. Renting a car on the island is easy and can be done at affordable prices.

    Unfriendly vibe from locals....mushrooms prefer Asia where you are welcome. I went fir a family wedding, would not go for a holiday. Locals gave had enough of tourism, visitors and the Spanish authorities need to listen.

    Magaluf Was an Unpleasant Surprise.

    Magaluf Was an Unpleasant Surprise. Our stay in Magaluf was not what we expected. The area around Magaluf Beach was overrun with stag and hen parties, loud nightlife, tattoo shops, and mostly fast food places like pizza and kebabs. We were hoping for a more sophisticated or relaxing atmosphere, but it felt more like a party zone catering to large groups and budget tourists. The Platja de Son Maties area nearby was noticeably calmer and cleaner, and if you’re staying in Magaluf, that’s a better option. That said, I honestly regret not staying elsewhere entirely — S’Arenal Beach or even Sóller, which, while it has a smaller beach, offers a much more charming and relaxed vibe overall.

    Have been visiting at least once a year for 42 years.Mainly in low season not in high summer. So cannot be too much I dislike about it. Cafe,s and restaurants all friendly, shops good. You get what you pay for. I have travelled to over eighty countries, this is still my favourite island.

    for a nice holiday in november the location is perfect, we were lucky with the weather, you can travel easliy with public transport and paying by banccard. a great hotel with everything present, nice staff, close to the beach and very nice people

    location is perfect, 5 minute walk to the strip. Hotel is clean, modern and decorated well. We were only there for 1 night and it was raining so didn’t use the pools but they looked lovely. Our room was the star of the show though! We chose the cheapest room which was just a deluxe double, but it was amazing! we had a bedroom, lounge and bathroom, with a sofa, dining table, queen bed, and a balcony which looked over the pools. So impressed!

    The hotel was great for families or couples and lovely pools, however not for friends wanting a bit more going on, we spoke to the hotel reception and booking.com and then was able to transfer to Innside Melia hotel that was more than perfect for us and more central to the shops and bars. Thank you so much we had a lovely stay in Majorca and the food was lovely in both hotels too. Staff very helpful and very modern and clean.

    The hotel location is spot on a hill, it's clean and well decorated, the bed has a gd mattress, lift into the beach area, bit grubby area on the beach, but handy for the walk up that steep hill. Breakfast was hit or miss. No set standard of food items. Location gives you choice of various beaches As both bays face opposite ea other. Posh,or cheap.. Great locat: summer time would be awesome!

    Perfect stay, the hotel has a lot of facilities. All inclusive buffet has a huge variety! The wonderful beach is very close. It's the finest sand i've seen. Bus stop nearby. Perfect for families with kids, the waterpark is lovely. Many activities for the little ones.
