The beds were comfortable and the hotel was in a great location. It was a bit odd not having any available staff or receptionist, but the auto check-in machines worked well, so there were no issues with getting our room. The room was very clean, and the shower was hot with great water pressure. The WiFi also worked well. (We didn't pay for breakfast, so I can't comment on any food/drinks.) It was nice that there were electronic shutters that could be closed over all the windows – blocking any light. They also had staff come by each day to clean rooms and replace towels.

The hotel offers free parking right in front of the building, which is very convenient. Guests also receive a public transport ticket and discounts for several attractions in the area, which is a nice bonus. The restaurant on the ground floor has a beautiful view over the valley and the breakfast buffet is rich and varied. The staff were always very attentive and helpful. In general, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and Wi-Fi works well throughout the property.

Kristina at front office & also as restaurant manager. My Initial checking with someone else, not Kristina was bad. I got a room (#310) which has windows facing a pile of DIRT! Kristina changed us to room #309 which was very nice for a 4 days stay!!
