The hotel is very clean, bright and welcoming. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and great choices. The pool and jacuzzi is a plus. Clean and quiet space. Just the pool is way too cold.

Upon check in I received a text asking if there was anything I needed. I asked for more hangers and they were immediately brought up to our room. When we went down for breakfast, our room was cleaned and fresh towels were there by the time we got back from breakfast.

As this was an apartment, we made our breakfast; but we were close to all the restaurant downtown Pittsfield had to offer, a fridge, a stove, and a kettle (the microwave did not work), so food wasn't an issue. There was a cute deck (though uncomfy chairs) outside the apartment with a lovely green lawn, and once it arrived (it DID take time) there was a LOT of hot water for showers and bath. The partment was spotless! Perfection! There was even a full tray of ice in the freezer for us when we arrived.

I liked the outdoor space and the bar/lobby area. Nicely decorated. There were games for me and my kids to play. The room was comfortable and clean. It was quiet and we had no trouble of any sort. The check in and check out process was easy.

    Tanglewood is close to Pittsfield- great location.

    Tanglewood is close to Pittsfield- great location. We love staying in Pittsfield. There are many terrific activities to do in the Berkshires- museums, theaters, dance, Shakespeare, hiking, etc. Lots of wonderful scenery in the Berkshires!.Many really good restaurants and shops, too.

    Pittsfield was a very nice area.

    Pittsfield was a very nice area. We went candlestick bowling in North Adams with was probably about 2o minutes north of Pittsfield. The restaurant in the hotel was amazing! We also had breakfast at a place call Otto's and that was very good.

    A lot to explore in the Berkshires.

    A lot to explore in the Berkshires. Pittsfield is good because Lenox, Lee & Stockbridge are all close. But it's not as expensive as staying in those locations. Berkshire Museum was nice, Arrowhead was a great visit & I really enjoyed hiking Monument Mountain. Barrington Stage Company & Berkshire Theater Group had fine produtions. A very enjoyable weekend.

    Basic room in a throw-back motel was perfect for us in Pittsfield. Large dormroom size refrigerator with a actual freezer which is great to refreeze ice packs for your cooler. Good TV, which important for us. The only suggestion would be to add acouple of small ice trays so ice cubes would be available. Check-in super easy, all via text.

    The room was spacious and really nice! It was far more spacious than most hotel rooms. We checked out and went to grab some breakfast, and 10 minutes after we left, the front desk called to say we had left something (important) behind in the room. We really appreciated how quickly they did that!

    Beautiful area to walk or eat cheap fast food. 🍱 I loved the mirror and the bed. Pittsfield downtown is not far away and you can go 30 minutes by car to the amazing The Clark Museum or Tanglewood for concerts. I also liked the pool!
