Excellent Location:** Despite the location is little far from Arbat , but the hotel is situated right next to a flowing river, which added a magical touch of tranquility and beauty to my stay. **New & Beautiful Hotel:** The design is modern, and the facilities are new and elegant, making the stay very comfortable and enjoyable. **Comfortable Room:** The standard room was beautiful, spacious, and well-appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable and ensured a very restful sleep. **Excellent Breakfast:** The breakfast was a highlight; it was diverse, delicious, and surpassed that of many other hotels I've experienced in Almaty. * **Tranquil Atmosphere:** The overall ambiance of the hotel is very calm and relaxing, from the reception area to the elevators, rooms, and restaurant. * **Helpful Staff:** I would like to extend a special thank you to **receptionist Malika** for her outstanding cooperation and service, which exceeded all expectations and added significant value to my stay.

It’s exactly as the pictures and probably even better in reality! The garden outside was amazing with two cats around! I would definitely recommend it and go back again! The host was super nice!
