The suite we stayed in was set up nicely with a small kitchen, small dining table, living room, and separate area for the bedroom. The balcony was great. The location was wonderful - we were there to travel mostly to a lacrosse tournament at Northside park which was right across the street, but there was a lot of good restaurants and attractions easily walkable. The staff was helpful and great during check in.

This is such a cozy 2 br, just far enough up Coastal highway. We loved the location. The beach at 120th was great and parking didn’t seem to be an issue within a block, every day that we went. The grocery store is conveniently a few blocks away as well. The host, Adam, was also extremely responsive.

Had everything we needed (fully stocked kitchen, fully stocked bathrooms, linens, water cooler, etc). It was pet friendly and located in the perfect neighborhood to walk pets. It was perfect that it was on the top floor to prevent my dogs from having a chance to escape. The owner was very sweet, responsive and clear with instructions but laid back as well. Based on previous reviews, I believe the owner acted on the feedback and replaced the water heater and exterminated the ants. The showers were very nice with temperature and pressure and we did not see a single ant while we were there.
