The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, it only took a few minutes to walk to the concert venue. I also appreciated they comped our parking fee. The staff was professional and helpful, excluding the one mentioned below.

The breakfast could use a little more variety, but it was warm and fresh. Room was beyond spacious. Traveled with my daughter and oldest grandson and we needed separation when it came to privacy, so it worked out good! Location is great

Ease of access and the views of the canal. Breakfast was amazing too! We enjoyed eating on the deck over looking the canal and listening to the city noise. We are rural, so to us it was awesome to hear all the crazy!

We loved the staff, especially Teddy, at the restaurant. Super nice and attentive guy, really helped make the restaurant visit better. And, can't forget BOTH valet! The young man was super nice, and your employee of the month got two vehicles moved in one go. Talk about fast service!!!! Our room was clean, and the lobby smelled fantastic. The location, while a beautiful historic building, was not the best. There were lots of homeless around and nothing really to do around, though we were there for DCI. But being downtown, it was a nice area. When we exited our hotel room on Saturday, the 7th floor reeked of marijuana. We did tell the front staff who seemed to react to it. When we got back much later, the 7th floor still smelled of nothing but marijuana. All of my complaints are outside of this hotels control, but it would be nice to see that there really isn't much family-friendly within walking distance. You want to eat or drink, yes that is in walking distance. I am from a small town and city driving makes me nervous so valet parked the car and it didn't come out till we left Sunday. I think calling out that the mall is shut down and moved 20 minutes away, and most things are closed or close early, would be very helpful, especially when planning a trip somewhere you have never been. The scooters (Lime and Byrd) would also be a great thing to include in detail around the hotel - they are, in my opinion, the best way to travel around the city.
