We only visited legoland for the trip.
We only visited legoland for the trip. The legoland resort and hotel are near Billund airport, a 5 minutes drive away. Most of the food in this area are western food, so it would be a plus if we can have Asian food. Legoland is a good attraction, but perhaps due to winter period some of the rides are not opened. We were in Billund 2,5 days and it was exactly enough.
We were in Billund 2,5 days and it was exactly enough. A half day in Lego House, one day in Legoland and half day in Lalandia. We planned to be in Lalandia a fill day as well, but the centre is not so big and its quite overcrowded, so not worth to be there longer. Better to rent a car and go to Givskud Zoo- that was worth to visit. Also Vejle is nice city to enjoy the relaxing vibe. Didnt visit Wow park. Will do it next time.Guest review byAnneliEstonia - 10.0
What a charming town.
What a charming town. Excellent food, beautiful surroundings. Many high quality restaurants (highlight - the mussels at the gastropub, and the pastries at Edith’s cafe and the bakery were both outstanding!!), extensive supermarkets, lovely walks and sculptures. One day is not enough for either Lego House or Legoland - at least two each would be ideal. And there is an historic tour of Ole Kirk Christiansen’s home on certain days which we missed but would have been very cool.Guest review byMeyer - 10.0

I am assuming the most popular attraction in Billund is Lego Land. It is worth visiting at least once in your life. We didn't like the Lalandia, it was too crowded, and dark, with no fresh air and with plenty of unhealthy food for kids. The Lalandia AquaPark was ok. There is also a nice hotel pool. The hotel is right next to a sculpture trail and play line. Opposite lalandia, 5-10 min walk to legoland. The sculpture trail is a really pleasant walk into Billund town and the lego house along the edge of a stream/river. Lots of wildlife and trees.
