Felt like home 😀 This is by far my most favorite hotel i have been to in my life and trust me I have been to alot of places The survice is beyond your dreams and just felt so comfortable and loving to hang out in the lobby which is rare Usually lobby which are fancy are just for you to wait for check in and out nothing more but here we felt like hanging out with our friends and family The cats are so friendly like the rest of the staff Also the food is so good we enjoyed our breakfast which was not expected and the drinks are so great Rooms are spacious and cozy we didn’t even mind it didn’t have a window because it adds the cozy feeling , next to the beach, restaurants near by is very good 👍 Laundry service are also cheap compared to the quality , we did the trips with the hotel too because it was reasonable price not expensive Lastly ( thank you so much for everything guys ⭐️kat⭐️micky⭐️Mohamed ⭐️and the rest of the staff ⭐️you are the stars of this hotel Good bye for now definitely coming back

The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with genuine smiles and outstanding hospitality. Check-in was quick and effortless, and throughout our stay, the service was some of the best we have experienced anywhere in Oceania, Europe, or North America. The buffet breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options including Asian dishes, local specialties, western favorites, freshly squeezed juices, and a great selection of tropical fruits. The rooftop pool and poolside bar were highlights, with stunning views and plenty of comfortable seating to relax, enjoy a drink, have a snack, and watch the sunset. The property is also within walking distance of several local restaurants, some with live music, providing convenient dining options. The complimentary airport shuttle service was an added bonus, making travel to and from the hotel very convenient.

    Kuah is just about decent but i would prefer the Cenang Beach area . If you can't get a hotel there, Kuah should be your next choice. The Island is small so you can get around in under 30 minutes to any spot of the island.

    The staff were lovely and very welcoming.

    The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The Thai Restaurant was amazing - getting to the Sky Cab was just walking distance, that's worth a visit. I did a Mangrove Tour which was pretty good... I went on my own but a group tour might have been just as good.

    Great beach, not to many people, good to watch the sunset.

    Great beach, not to many people, good to watch the sunset. But lots of it is privat and your only allowed to walk along the shore in these parts, which is kinda sad and stupid as you wouldnt disturb anyone by staying there. but the public places are great too so not too much of a let down.

    Its just a great vacation here.. the staff is so friendly and the place was just too great.. i wish they have a lift so that customer can bring up their stuff easily.. overall very satisfied and if have a chance will come again to this beautiful place..

    The beach was clean, and the sea was calm, most of the time. There were lots of creatures both on the beach and in the water. There were also monkeys , birds, bats, colugos and squirrels, making it a great place to observe and learn about nature

    The beach is awesome. Local food court is affordable. Plenty of shopping options. International food chain available. And of course, 7-11 is there. If you want to book travel packages, easy to find there, can bargain also.

    Kuah was nice, the locals were very friendly and we found...

    Kuah was nice, the locals were very friendly and we found some restaurants that served great food, however, our accommodation could have been better. There were things in the apartment that did not work and we had a booking for 5 adults but there were only two coffee cups, four chairs. Lock on the balcony door didn't work and neither did the lock on bedroom 1 window. Also, it took a couple of days for the wi-fi to work correctly.

    Malaysia itself is built on tourism use, I didnt like the fact that you have to pay to use bathrooms specially in touristic areas where you will spend already inside as there is food, shops and activities, and also you have to pay for a bathroom and extra for tissue. which made it a struggle if you walk with no money. most of the adventures are not priced you are given a different price and every tourist is given a different price, and the staff claim they dont know if you ask any question that would make them not profit. overall its a very beautiful city, but it is not a place I would go to again.

    Its a sleepy place, not a party zone like pantai cenang. Its a place to connect with nature and rest, just afew food places nearby, all of which are good, lovely spot for sunset watching. Perfect stay at eagle eye, romantic stay with my boyfriend. Very nice place to relax and spend time in nature.
