The location is spectacular and justifies the name. Hotel staff were very supportive of our late checkout as we got stuck in traffic and crossed the checkout time by few hours. They were kind enough to not charge extra. Many good fast food joints like KFC and Dominos pizza within few feet from the property.

Incredibly beautiful location on the west shore of West Lake. Beautiful grounds - like staying in a nature park / Chinese Garden. Breakfast was an amazing bounty of Chinese and western dishes - everything was fresh and expertly prepared. Great location for visiting the West Lake region.

The place is at a fantastic location, walking distance to Lingyin temple. There are tons of tasty restaurants nearby too. I really appreciate the thoughtful service offered by staff there. They went out of their way to make sure that all our requests and needs are well taken care of.
