We loved Tbilisi. We were there for 5 days. The city is full of culture and traditions. Enjoyed walking in the streets in Old Tbilisi, relished Georgian food. Everything was perfect. Cheap taxi fees, (bolt App) very nice restaurants,cafes and bars with good prices,many tourist attractions to see in a short distances and very friendly people! Tbilisi city center is okay but you are in a totally different world when you step away from the city center. I was not too crazy about their dishes because none of their main courses come with side dishes. The presentation of their foods are great but tasteless. Take advantage of the mountain tours because it is totally worth it. Georgia has beautiful nature but the city sucks. Pros The city has beautiful buildings and streets, showcasing a fascinating blend of old and modern architecture. Most of the historic buildings have been preserved rather than destroyed, giving the city an authentic and atmospheric charm. There are many beautiful sightseeing spots, lovely parks (especially Mtatsminda Park), cozy cafés serving delicious Georgian food, and a variety of shops for good shopping. Cons The city is quite dirty, with a lot of rubbish on the streets. The service and attitude of people can be disappointing — many locals seem unfriendly toward tourists. Trusty people in everything, staff, manager and the owners are so helpful, they invite me on their supra and taste almost all Georgian dishes without totally additional fees. It was real Georgian hospitality. Rooms are clean, they offer room service everyday. Breakfast is extra fee (around 5 Euro) and the dishes are so tasty and full.
