The hotel is exceptional 👌 From the first moment we stepped in, we've been spoiled with gifts and a warm welcoming smile from our receptionist. The room was spotless, modern, and comfortable. The bathroom included all the toileteries and very good quality towels. Within 2 minutes walk from the hotel we found great restaurants for dinner, a small beach is next door also. The pool in the hotel is amazing! We couldn't have asked for more. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer this time! We will definitely be back!

Everything was amazing! The hotel and the rooms were decorated very well, giving a chill and peaceful atmosphere. Rooms are very clean, beds are really comfortable. The food and the drinks we tried were all delicious. Special thanks to Ms. Mania Tsiamagka and all the other staff, they were all very kind, warm and helpful at all times. We definitely felt special and had an amazing vacation. We would love to go back next year.

Oceanis was so much better than expected. The staff was more than helpful and welcoming and left a tremendous impression as we rolled into Kavala for a brief stay. The room was spacious and the balcony room had a great view, but that said, everyone has access to the roof garden and pool, and the views from there are unlimited. Generally the hotel looks of an older vintage, but it rivals or surpasses newer hotels for cleanliness and facilities. The staff also were tremendously helpful with locking in a limited parking spot for us in their underground lot without extra cost to us, which was a huge stress releiver as I was traveling with a small child and chasing parking owuld had been tough. The location is perfectly suited, right in the center of downtown near city hall, the prefecture offices and easy walking distance to the aqueduct, the tower walls and the waterfront for plenty of great pictures. We also made use of the roof pool and pool deck more than once, which offered swimming and great views late into the night and sunset.

Rooms are clean. The location is great. Yes there is a distance to the center but for us this was a good thing because there is a car problem in Kavala, so parking is fine with Lucy Hotel. Breakfast is amazing. Beach is enough for guests, and it’s great. A little bit rocky, so bring your water shoes. Also there is a EV charging station for free which is a big plus for us (9 kw AC). In general this is our second great experience with Lucy and we will come back again.

    Kavala isn't your usual Greek holiday destination.

    Kavala isn't your usual Greek holiday destination. It's a working port and town and not so full of tourists. It has beaches to either side which are very nice. The Fortress and the old town are great to explore with lots of bars and restaurants. A two or three night stay would be long enough. There are some steep walking areas and the traffic is horrendous. It's definitely a hustle and bustle type of place.

    Amazing city and vibrant during the day and night with a lot of restaurants and taverns and happy people. I come from Bucharest Romania and if you like Bucharest old city center then you will love Kavala because all the city is like that. On every corner you can taste Frape Cafe, which by the way is incredibly good and of course you cannot leave without eating definitely pork gyros. So, if you are planning to visit Greece take time to visit Kavala. It worth it.

    Beautiful city with great amphitheater views and splendid...

    Beautiful city with great amphitheater views and splendid sea walk. It combine all the amenities, shops, restaurants and nightlife that you expect from a city, with small cozy village felling especially in the Old Town (Panagia). And some of the most beautiful blue flag beaches in the area just a short drive away. So every day you can easily visit a different beach. Even Thasos island is just few minutes by ferry, great for an easy daily beach visit. Best and most beautiful place for accommodation is the Old Town area and around Kamares Aqueduct. It feels like an island village there, but you have everything just a short walk away. Visit the Imaret guided tour, the Fortress above the Old town & the port sea walk with all the restaurants, coffees & bakeries. Dont forget the Philippi archeological site, Parking in the city could be challenging on the commercial streets, but once you get a side street especially around Kamares, it's easy and free. And there are many big paid parking that are inexpensive for full day / night. The Old Town is just next to the large Port Ferry parking. I totally recommend Kavala if you want to feel Greece and get something more valuable than just an all inclusive hotel. Great for foodies!

    Kavala's population is so kind, the city is silent. They have a castle, some monuments, museums and important historic persons. Mediteranean Cousine is great. And not so expensive. You can also see Thassos Island.

    Kavala is a medium-size city where You can find everything needed, but don't expect crowds of tourists, big shopping or partys. It's enough for someone who wants to rest and find some peace, but will be too small for younger people who wants to party.

    I recommend stay in Villa Aurelia in Kavala without any doubt! It is luxury, cosy, clean, very well decorated apartment! Every detail has been thought of to make the guests feel good! It is more beautiful than the pictures! The location is brilliant in the heart of old town. There are many restaurants offering delicious foods, coffee bars and shops around! The owner is very friendly and nice person who try to help! Do it! Go to Kavala, Greece and choose Villa Aurelia for your stay!

Perfect host which is always happy to help and give you guides starting from local restaurants,beach ect you should visit.     Central, simple clean apartment in the heart of Kavala. We only stayed for a night and it was perfect for us. It's not a 5 star hotel but the communication with the host was great and the apartment was clean and worked just fine for us. The bed was comfy and the aircon worked well. There is a small over for simple cooking if needed but maybe some more utensils could be added.

    No one change and give us the opportunity to change our holiday as we was in situations where we were not able to drive to Greece. We paid it earlier and we waiting days to connect with the hotel or support to ask for change! Really not nice attitude and just loss the money!
