Visited Punta del Diablo at the beginning of December, still not high season, not warm enough, and quite empty. One night and one day were enough to visit the village and walk around the beaches! Beware of having cash with you, many lodgings and commerces don't accept credit cards as a payment method. The place is very modern and comfortable. It is great value for money and a lovely relaxed atmosphere where all the guests meet each other and socialise if they want. It's not a party hostel which I'm very relieved about after staying in the disgusting Compay hostel.
