Location was excellent, near the train station, in the old city so we could walk around to see things. Food and restaurants very close. Staff were always there, very pleasant and helpful. We left our luggage until the room was ready. They had an Edinburgh map at the desk and answered our questions. Everything is brand new and spiffy. There were coffee and milk in the kitchen plus all the necessary equipment to prepare food. Windows open. It was quiet.

It's probably the most spacious apartment for the price in New Town Edinburgh 5 minutes walk to James Quarter ，omni Center, and many nice restaurants and cafes on Broughton St.There's also a Tesco express down the street. The fish and chips across the street is the best in town.

Clean, quiet neighborhood all the amenities and the host silvia was super communicative with me. Very helpful and all the instruction is clear. The area only around 10 min from tram easy way to center. Salisbury local located not far as well from the place. Just to emphasized it’s a share appt with others but we hv the room to all self and the room really nice.

The whole decor and feel of the guesthouse was special, it really has so much character. Tommy was very accommodating, the breakfast was lovely, we had an amazing sleep. Unfortunate we were only there for one night, would have loved to stay longer. Definitely will be interested to stay again next time in Edinburgh.
